Everything is fine, except the grill part was bent. I hope they will replace it.
So far everything is ok. I really like the space inside. Now I can bake a cake in a regular pan.
I was disappointed that the store didn't call me to notify me that my item came. I called the store to inquire about its status and they said it came in 2 days ago. I wouldn't have called if this survey note wasn't sent to me.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DrScientist An item I have depended on for many years
This is a large microwave-convection oven. It is highly used in my home. I use the convection feature more than I use my regular oven (which also has convection) because for small items, it uses less energy and generates less heat. I warm food in the microwave (e.g.leftovers), but rarely cook with it. However, the best feature is the combination of microwave and convection oven. This oven is large enough to roast a 15 lb turkey if you remove the drumsticks (which, in my opinion, do better in moist heat, braised or baked covered with a sauce). You can roast the turkey in less than 2 hours this way. I also roast chickens, beef and pork this way. I only wish the oven would last longer.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Dave A great product line goes the distance!
Built hone in 1982 and installed the very same model of Sharp convection microwave with built in trim kit.
Replaced it now, over thirty years later and it fit perfectly with the old trim kit.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by mmk2 Horrible quality. Do not buy!
Had a Carousel that lasted for 15 years and loved it. Made sure to buy a replacement Carousel unit. First one lasted 2 days before the light stayed on and unit would not function. Figured it was an anomaly, so I returned it and bought a new one. The second one lasted one day before the door problem happened where the light would not turn off, and the unit would not work. Figured out if you jiggled the door a bit the light would go out and unit would work. The next day it blew the circuit breaker. Reset the breaker and it did it again. This time the unit never turned on again. Nothing works, not the inside light or the clock. Completely dead. I give up on Sharp. Trying a GE instead.

I had bought this same product many years ago as a refurbished deal for $79.00 and loved it, used it almost every day so when it finally died on me I had to have another. I hated to pay the price when you can buy a full size stove for the same amount but I use it enough to justify the purchase. This oven will bake and broil just like a full size stove as well as microwave and not heat up the kitchen . It will also fit a 9x13 cake pan if the edges are straight with no handles.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Matrix We like our Sharp micro/convection combo
We have been using Sharp for many years and have always been satisfied. This is larger than our last so now it will be easier to cook two pies at once during the holidays. If you have never owned a micro/convection combination, they're worth the added cost.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Kim We had to replace our 1983 wedding present a Sharp Convection/Microwave.
I went on line to research replacing our microwave and read the wonderful reviews of the 2016 Sharp Convection/Microwave. It is exactly the same down to the cookbook. The 1983 oven cost $549.00 the new one cost $400.
It fit the space perfectly and works like the old model...perfect. We figure this will be the last microwave we will ever buy if it lasts 33 years as the first one. We had our kitchen remodeled two years ago and this was the last item we replaced.
The only bad part was we had to finally say goodbye to our well used and best wedding present ever.
