THE SHARP MICROWAVE ARRIVED PROMPTLY WITHOUT DAMAGE. IT WAS EASILY PLACED IN THE SPACE OF OUR PREVIOUS SHARP THAT WAS PROBABLY USED BY ABRAHAM AND MOSES. WORKED FROM THE BEGINNING LIKE WE EXPECTED.

Bought another Sharp microwave after my previous one lasted 15 + years. This one does blow off more heat when running and the alarm bell can be annoying. Only have had it a few wks. Happy so far. Ask me to rate it again in 3 - 5 yrs.

Our previous micro wave finally went out after 31 years of service. After that long I thought, why change products so we looked for the same product and same size. Home Depot was one of the few sites that offered our requirements and the price was what we thought we should pay. The delivery was excellent at no additional cost. Thanks Home Depot

The microwave came much sooner than the expected arrival date. It is so much better than our "old" one, which was also the same brand... it only lasted about 15 months, and then, it quit! We're hoping that was just a fluke and that this one will outdo the last. So far, it is much faster and cooks food a lot better! And - we like the control panel lots better than before!

This model of a 2.2 Sharp Carousel Microwave is cheaply made compared the company’s older model of the same size. The unit is much noisier, the exterior walls are made of thinner metal, they give off a harmonic vibration when the unit is running. Some of the operating features (cooking settings) have been combined or eliminated. We had to send the first one back after 60 days because it started arching electricity. It’s replacement does do a good and efficient job cooking your food. It’s most annoying feature is the buzzer that goes off at the end of cooking. If you don’t get the food out of the oven right away, it buzzes you again, and again, and again and again until you open the door. Like, are your really going to forget your food??? DAH?
