Hello Chuck, thank you for your recent question regarding our Sheetrock Mold Tough Panels. First off, let me apologize for the delay in our answering your question. Your question was not a yes or no answer and I needed to do some investigating before answering.
The room would need a dehumidifier and/or ventilation that keeps the relative humidity below 70%. Note, if temperature drops but the moisture content of the air remains the same (no dehumidification or ventilation) the RH will go up, so dropping the temperature in a sealed room can result in condensation even if it’s perfectly comfortable when it was shut down. High RH is the trigger for trouble.
If RH is kept below that limit, Mold Tough is a good choice. If not, you're going to end up with a musty smelling room or worse no matter what wallboard you use.

Answer:
Hi Chuck,
While this is a moisture resistant drywall, it is intended for an interior room such as a kitchen or bath.
It is not rated for use where it will be exposed to extremes in moisture such as a Florida room.

I'm doing a remodel of a basement and am figuring the square footage needed to complete the job. It would be easier for me to buy it a pallet at a time, so I'm wondering how many pieces are on a shipped pallet.
