Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by cltinseattle Very Good Product for the Price
We bought this to store our motorcycles for the upcoming winter. We previously had a Shelter Logic storage shed that held up well for several years until the Hanukkah Eve storm in 2006 blew it apart. You cannot expect that this will survive hurricane force winds. In comparison, I believe the tarp covering on the previous shelter was of higher quality but the frame work on the new one is higher quality than the older one. Two people put this together with help from a third person on occasion, the assembly was not difficult but be advised that there were some holes that were not lined up correctly and we had to drill holes to get some parts to fit correctly. This one came with better anchors than the previous one. The previous one basically just came with long tent stakes and this one came with solid ground anchors. I wouldn't consider this to be a permanent shelter but I hope it holds up for a few years of Seattle weather. It seems like it should do pretty well against the rain and occasional snow, we'll see how it hold up against wind.
I am also posting a photo, you can ignore the extension cord in the photo, that was for the use of the drill and we also ran a metal detector all over the ground picking up a ton of nails left on the ground by the previous owner.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by FED2 Good Product
This product can be put together nicely without any real hassel. It looks good and is holding up well for what I need it for. Just keep the snow off the top! I rated it good because I'm sure there is a more high end product that is excellent, but for the price you can't beat this!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Keith Nice shelter. Good assembly!
This shelter was VERY easy to assemble. I only needed a little help from my 11 year old daughter to hold a few things in place while I assembled them. (And she got to learn how to use a ratchet!) I recommend getting the longer anchors - they seemed to bite and dig in better than those shipped with the shelter. Overall, it probably took me only a couple of hours to get it assembled. The hardest part was getting the anchors torqued into the ground! (There ought to be a power tool for that!) It's been up a month with no problems.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by wbdz The Cover Sun Rotted off in 14 Months
The package was poorly packaged and had missing pieces when it arrived. I contacted the company and they shipped out replacement parts, free of charge.
The assembly is much as described in other reviews. What is missing and is needed are the dimensions for the finished footprint. This is needed because the frame is flexible enough to move over a foot, side to side -- the fabric determines the actual size of tent. Once the tent is on, it becomes more difficult to pour cement anchors
The frame is holding up well, but the desert sun rotted off the material in just over a year. It did hold up well to the wind, but not the sun. They do make additional covers of different grades, but the higher grade ones are cost prohibitive, in my opinion.
I would only recommend this if you find the price attractive and understand that you will have to replace the cover in about a year.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Merv Works Great
Purchased this to keep lawn equipment in. Assembly was pretty easy. Covering material seems a little thin, but so far is holding up real well. Door and rear panel seem to be a little short. There is about 3" gap between the bottom of material and ground. Sides are plenty long with about 6" of extra material laying on ground.
Wonder how much snow will be blown in under the door?
Works great so far. (1 month)

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by DVGaylin Get what you pay for
This item will do the job but I wonder for how long. I figure I get what I pay for and should not derate it for what it is. The ribs were easy enough to put together but would be easier with 2 people. The skin feels cheap and this is what I fear will not last. The feet were missing so I called Home Depot for reploacements, they were vary responsive and helpful. The price was right so am satisfied with the purchase.
