I would not anchor it permanently but day to day try the bucket of water and velcro as I stated in my review

Answer:
Customer D,
I would suggest using the ShelterLogic Anchor Bags designed to be used on hard surfaces. Go to The Home Depot Dotcom, type in the search bar either our model 15881 or THD # 203266797.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice canopy Overall this is a very nice pop-up canopy for the price. It's only a few $s more than the low end units but constructed much better. It's packaged very well and the cary bag with wheels is a big plus. The only real down side I can see so far is that the fabric part itself is a little light weight and the stitching along the edges looks a bit weak. Only time will tell. It does take two people to expand it from the folded up position. I use it as a temporary shade strucure on the job and at the end of the day just lower the legs down so it's about waist high. Overnite or if there is any significant wind during the day I place a 5 gal bucket full of water near each leg and put a velcro wrap from the bucket handle to the leg which so far has done the trick.
