Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Cougarfan Big disappointment
I knew I was in trouble when I saw the insert in the instructions srating no wind resistance and zero snow load. Not worried about snow where I live, but where on earth does the wind never blow? Would have returned it, but it has to be sent back to the manufacturer, which would be expensive. I"ll follow some of the advice in other reviews and try to make it work. I need to replace a few damaged pieces from when it blew apart within the first day I set it up. Happy for them people who are pleased with this piece of junk, but I am certainly not!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by VM Not strong with the wind!
Triple layer 100% waterproof UV woven polyethylene fabric, heat welded....... Sorry but this photo talk for me. Only the frame is strong. The cover is not strong with the wind. Now I need to spend money in wood to use the frame to save my belongings.
Do not spend money in this, get a real garage!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Judy Tent success!
The tent was exactly what we needed and wanted, for a very good price! I was disappointed with the stakes that were suggested, and ordered. They were light weight and not useful for a tent of this size. Had to go out and find, then buy, better stakes. Overall, the tent was our main concern and we are very happy! Easy to set up and to take down!!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Susan material disintegrated in 3 months
This tent was great, for 3 months at which time the white material literally disintegrated while taking it down for approaching Hurricane Lee weather.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by stuhrcrazy Just what I neede and more!
Assembled quickly and looks good, with some pallets and plywood, made a raised floor. Hung a few fluorescent lights off the center frame... this has been the temporary storage space I needed. Gives me room in the garage for home improvement work. This will self pay for it's self in 5 months. Only drawback was I saw it for $100 cheaper somewhere else afterwards.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by RegularHardWorkingGuy Light weight construction but can be "upgraded" with effort
The frame tubing is small and light which could be good in no wind no stress areas. You can add strength by using self tapping screws and screwing together the entire frame (took me about 2 hours, much more sturdy after! The "canvas" material is very thin, so I added 2 12'x16' tarps to the roof and used bungee cords to the frame to keep them into place works great! (Been through 3 rain and wind storms no leaks tears or problems) I also color coded the framing as I check each out of the box made assemble much better and faster!! I hope this helps someone! If you do the above it's a good value but lots of extra work.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Chrisatwindyacres Good frame, Poor fabric, Poor eave design
This frame is fairly good although several swedged fittings were out of round and had to be "modified" for a slip fit. The 20' eaves flop in the breeze. Fortunately we used it on a non-rain day or we would have been wet. Eyelets need to be installed in the eaves so they can be secured. The canopy material is a joke. So light weight, eyelets rip out in 10 mph winds. A shame to sell a product that has no life expectency. Very disappointed....
