I like almost everything about this canopy except for one thing. Its compact, functions well, just a bit hard to push up to lock. It is large enough to use for family gatherings and flea markets . That's what I initially bought it for. It repelled a light rain, but dripped at the seams in a heavy rain. I can't understand why a canopy should leak. Next time I will look for one that says rain proof.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by MarcK Sturdy and Strong
I bought this tent for my wife's business to use at the farmer's market. It is good and sturdy. It held up to 15 mph winds this past weekend. The joints which usually go first on these types of tents seem strong even though they are plastic. It comes with a wheeled storage bag to moving it around easy. It weighs 60 lbs so this definitely helps. It's a bit expensive but worth the extra cost.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Will Nice canopy but...
This is a nice canopy. It appears to be well constructed. My previous canopy weighed 30 lbs and this one weighs 60 lbs. The canopy cover also seems much stronger than the previous canopy I had. I paid twice as much this time and it was worth it. However I am not happy that I bought it online. During shipping the wheels protruded out of the package and were broken which means carrying this 60 lb canopy instead of rolling it. There were only 3 of the 4 ground stakes in the bag. There were no instructions which is OK if you have done this before however for a newbie setting up can be a hassle. During a 30 mph wind storm the velcro straps let go and the top nearly flew away. Still, I would probably buy this canopy again.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by mark bought it online after reading reviews, it's great.
could have got one for less money but figure money well spent, this one will last. bought a second almost identical canopy for half the price but after taking it out of the box I took it back to the store for a refund. the ShelterLogic brand is well made & will end up getting a second one soon. did go with the optional weights for the legs. also added tent anchors pegs.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by LoudPedal Cover it quick!!
Our race car is the center of the universe, during the Summer. This shelter not only color coordinates with our racer, but provided much needed shade and protection from rain (we run at one of the only tracks in the U.S. that race rain-or-shine)
As you can imagine, the cheaper lightweight $100 canopies on the market aren't up for the weekly beating we inflict on this beauty. This unit is built of heavier metal and has a top of higher quality material. We maximize exposure for our sponsors, by adding sponsor logos to the top. Add some weight, or tie down if it gets windy, just like an umbrella-it makes a great sail. If the going gets rough it takes one minute to gather up...

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Allnighter Has Plastic parts that failed
While the cover appears to be built from strong metal and heavier then recreational covers, the connectors are plastic. My canopy had two of the hinge connectors fail the 1st time I used it. I returned it for a refund.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by GK4547 I would not recommend this canopy to anyone. Cheap and flimsy, poorly designed and will not stand up to even a light wind.
We purchased one of these from Home Depot. ShelterLogic makes this same canopy in a variety of colors and sizes but. I would not suggest wasting your meoney on any of them. We used our canopy one time. in the back yard for about six hours for a family get together. We had an afternoon thundershower come up and a little wind with it...but certainly not what I would describe as a storm and the canopy did not survive it. It is cheaply made and the frame is very flimsy and unstable. After six hours of use we took it down and the frame was so bent up and damaged that we could not even get it to completely fold up so it could be put back in its case. We have owned a couple of other canopys before we bought this one and we always got 5 or 6 years of regular use from them. This ShelterLogic canopy is a joke. I am surprised that Home Depot would sell such poor quality merchandise to their customers. Don't buy this item. My wife wanted to take it back to Home Depot for an exchange but I do not need to exchange it for another piece of junk. It will eventually go in the garbage and I will certainly think twice about buying this kind of stuff from Home Depot again.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Reenie Good sturdy canopy also looks good
It definetely takes two people to set up the canopy. The first time was an interesting exercise in cooperation but subsequently it has worked out beautifully. Take down is a breeze. I would not recommend leaving it out in mid to high winds otherwise we are perfectly satisfied with this product. We have invested in the weights for this product since we will be using it on a paved patio and on grassy areas the stakes are enough.
