Shed-In-A-Box 6 ft. x 6 ft. x 6 ft. Grey Peak Style Storage Shed is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 164.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding product! I am using this over my bulkhead to create an entryway and it does an excellent job! I am so happy because for years I've tried to get the carpenter in my family to build something for me but no luck. The product is made of strong, sturdy material, I put it together with my friend and it is the perfect fit, size and gets the job done. Now my tenant has shelter from the elements when entering and exiting her basement studio apartment. It adds such a finished look and an element of privacy and is charming actually with the motion sensor light I was able to include in the space. It is the perfect size for a standard bulkhead. My carpenter is off the hook permanently! I would recommend this over and over again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from ratchet fell apart During assembly, one of the ratchets fell apart. We were tightening the opposite ratchet and the one just sprung apart all over the place. I had a group here helping so I wasn't going to wait on a replacement, forcing us to 'rig' it together. It took a total of 5 hours with 3 people to put together. Besides the broken ratchet, if I had one suggestion it would be instructions need to be supplemented with words. The pictures actually do follow the steps but there is so much 'guessing' that would have reduced the time had a few words supplemented the picture.. IE: give a reason why the back wall doesn't have a bar to go through the bottom as the sides do, even though it has a similar 'hem' to accommodate a pole also? Or, "the main tarp is supposed to have 6" loosely hanging over the front and back and will eventually wrap around the whole unit once ratcheted". Or "No, the zippers are not broke. We purposely split the zipper open part way up (looking like the zipper broke midstream) for shipping purposes. And yes, each zipper is folded under and stitched closed at the bottom. You must break this apart." Each step could have had a short paragraph explaining the step. Assembling with pictures-only was very time-consuming. Last, with the broken, 'rigged' ratchet now holding one end, I will be unable to adjust that corner. I'd imagine that will reduce the integrity of the whole unit and reduce the life expectancy.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from setup The price was great. The quickness that I received the product was good the only problem I have is the same as some other reviews I read is the instructions for setting up this shed is that you only have pictures and not very well defined at that also with no wording it is difficult to understand what is to be done some of them does not make sense. I have yet to finish setting this up because I do not have the suggested persons available to help.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A nice storage Shed I got it fall of 2015. I was able to put all my out door stuff in it. We got rain first then we got 41" of snow over the weekend. It held up and kept every thing dry. Outstanding

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great small shed Great for what I needed it for. TERRIBLE on the directions. Numbers on parts not clear, took 4 hours to put together with 2 guys.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid storage for the price I had purchased this as a temporary-type storage shed to keep the kids bikes out of the rain. Assembly is fairly straightforward; the anchor points and how the shed eventually sits leaves a little to be desired - if you are placing this shed in a tight area or where you don't have the ability to set a good spike into the ground, you will be forced to improvise. That being said, even with some improvised anchors on my part, this shed has withstood a couple of windstorms without incident, and the coated material seems to be holding up well to the elements (including careless children!). All in all a great storage solution for the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Redefines Temporary Shed, Still going after 6 year I wrote this letter on February 28, 2014 "As I stated on the phone I simply wanted to share my story of a “Shed-in-a-box” that I purchased approximately 4 years ago. It was purchased as a “temporary” expedient until I could build a permanent shed. Well, after 4 years of ice, snow, wind, heavy rain storms and the sun of a southern Indiana summer, it just keeps hanging in there. It has endured two different tears from falling branches that were duct taped over 2 years ago. In other words this product redefines the term, temporary. I do plan on retiring the shed this spring, but instead of buying a more permanent structure, I plan on buying another Shelter Logic shed (maybe bigger). “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”. My thanks for a quality product that far exceeds all my expectations. This shed’s longevity, and my desire to replace it with the very same product, is a testament to the quality Shelter Logic builds into their products. " That was 2 1/2 years ago. I haven't retired this yet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quick Storage Solution I'm restoring an old car and needed a temporary storage place outside of the garage to keep the parts. I purchased this 6 x 6 x 6 Shelter Logic storage shed and set up was pretty straight forward. Since it doesn't have a floor, I made a simple raised floor out of plywood and some 1" sections of PVC pipe. That way the stuff inside wouldn't get wet if water on the deck ran inside the shed. The wind, coming from behind the shed, blows the back wall inward. It would have been nice if there was one more steel beam that ran across the back, providing support for the tarp on that side. Two flexible ties are provided to hold the door up but the instructions didn't mention them so it took a little figuring out to understand how they worked. So far it has been serving its purpose well. It's easy to get in and out of and I sure enjoy having the extra space in the garage to work on my project!
