Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by cybercom Have not been able to set it up, yet.
I inventoried the box and found 11 parts missing. You are in the process of ordering those parts. I was unable to use this canopy for our Memorial Day family activities.
Please ask me for my review after I have received all the pieces and installed them. Thank you.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by LCraig Very good quality carport. Good value
I like the carport. There were some parts missing that proved to be frustrating but in general I am very pleased. The quality of the actual assembly is quite good to excellent

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Zippy1970 Good for the money, seems durable
Took 2 old worn out guys less than 2 hours to put up. Easy to follow instructions. Need to setup an appointment if getting home delivery. I bought 20 - lag bolts 1/4 x 2.5 inches and nuts to put in the remaining holes as it does not include enough for every hole just the main ones. You will need to drill 12 - 1/4 " holes to screw together the poles along the horizontal as there are no screws in these. I enjoy it. I have the legs raised on 2- 8x16 ( laid sideways) blocks and then it all tied together with rebar tie down wire to weigh each leg and raise it all 16". I am happy. We will see how it holds up.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Stevo Great Tent for the money
I've read reviews before buying this tent, and let me start off by saying that I did not and do not agree with some of them. I researched this tent quite a bit before making a decision to purchase. Though Home Depot was about $20 more in price than competetors, they saved me over $100 with FREE SHIPPING to the local store. You can NOT beat that. In writing this review, please note that I picked up and setup this tent myself, with no additional help. I do not recommend this, but it is possible to do this with 1 person. I also bought extra bungees in advance, as I know over time, they will stretch. Take this into consideration.
The tent was easy to setup. It was also exactly "as Advertised". The pipes are clearly labeled, and instructions for setup were great. Tent provides plenty of shade for guests.
The box is extremely heavy due to the weight of the poles. 2 people are needed to move the box, but it is still a chore. Also, Shelter Logic does not supply enough nuts/bolts to use on all pre-drilled holes that are in the frame.
So I'm a very handy-do-it-yourself kind of guy, and knew what I was getting into. It would be better if the canopy was a little thicker mil, but it is sufficient for what I need it for. If you plan on leaving the tent setup for long periods of time like I do, you will need to do some prep work to get the most out of the tent. I plan on leaving the canopy on all summer, and leaving only the frame up all winter. I bought some pipe insulation to put on the top roof poles, to keep the plastic from rubbing on the pipes and wearing through. I re-marked each pipe on the insides, where the pipe # will not wear off. I also had to come up with a new marking system, as I added/drilled holes in ALL the pipes, and needed to relabel the pipes to go back together in the same order each time. I also bought extra galvenized bolts (2" & 2 1/2") and nuts to be used on the whole tent. This will ensure the frame stays solid, being up for extended periods of time. I bought some tie down/rachets that I used to hold the frame down at every leg. Ropes tend to scretch over time, so with the rachets, you can easily be retightened if they get loose.
One problem you may have with this tent is the weight. With everything in the box, the tent box is EXTREMELY heavy, and hard to lift, even with 2 people. If your tire of the ezup tent frames breaking, and thinking of purchasing this tent, then you can do what I did. After throwing out several EZUP type tents (12x12), I had 2 extra frame bags, as well as another extra bag (like an oversized gym bag). I use the box to hold the canopy, and extra odds/ends (nuts, bolts, rubber mallet, stakes, etc). I used the big gym bag to hold all the connector pipes. I used the other 2 'frame' bags to hold this tents frame pipes. I also labeled the bags front / back and put the correct pipes inside each bag. To save room, you can put some pipes on the inside of other pipes when storing in the bags. This leaves me with 1 box and 3 bags to carry if I need to setup the tent, but this is WAY more manageable than having everything in 1 box. I hope this review helps you, and enjoy your tent. :)

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Scott Bought this five years ago!
This canopy has worked great for me. I have had to replace the top once. The area I have it in gets some pretty high winds. I use it to cover a bulk salt bin and it has been great! Would definitely recommend.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by G73NN Very Big, tall ceiling, but lacks a few things.
I got this as a temporary solution for a portable garage. The size is great. The ceiling height is awesome! The manufacturer however fails to mention they do not ship all the hardware required. The bag comes with 25 nuts and bolts and you need about 40. When I talked to them they said they ship enough for basic setup. This should be noted because the instruction said put the bolts in the holes but you run out of bolts before you can finish. You have to skip a bunch of holes and put them in key positions (also not labeled). There are also areas that slide into each other but have no holes and I found they like to pull apart during setup. Overall, this is a great canopy. They do not snow load for obvious reasons but I think I can add some supports myself to get by this winter. Only time will tell how the plastic feeling tarp cover will hold up to the elements, it says it is a Polyethylene Fabric Cover but feels like plastic. I would buy this product again and I would recommend this product to anyone needing an outside shelter that has plenty of room and plenty of ceiling height. Also note, I ran a 2x4 board down the center through the truss bars and attached my lights so they hang from the ceiling.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by susie not good quality
We purchased this canopy in the fall of 2011 and put it up. It wintered well, handling both rain and wind. This winter we tightened it up where it was slack, but the canopy is shredding, the bungi's are stretching out and the groumets are ripping out of the canopy. Now we have to replace the top.
