Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by barefootinMN Depends on what you need it for
These are used for the snow blower that attaches to my garden tractor. I made a dolly for it with nice wheels and it was great except that it was too high. The blower needs to be lower to go on and off and it is heavy. These get it low enough and are adaptable. But the wheels are so tiny that they don't roll very well under the weight of the blower. They do the job adequately enough that I doubt that I will put in the time to resign my dolly with lifted outriggers to use bigger and better wheels. They are inexpensive and accomplish what I wanted just not as nicely as I would have liked. They do save space compared to what I would need to do to improve the mobility factor which is very nice.
They likely would be a lot more serviceable on a lighter item.

The number one feature to call out for prospective purchasers is that the wheels are small. Because of that, these "casters" are of rather limited use on carpeted surfaces. (Note that "limited use" is NOT "useless" -- you can keep them moving.) On hard surfaces, there were no issues at all. I used a couple of these in combination with a traditional furniture dolly, and was able to move large (as in "too long for a furniture dolly") items by myself. The construction is sturdy: no bending or breakage even with some heavy pieces.

Purchased a metal shelving unit for the basement that was not on wheels but I wanted to make it mobile so I could clean under it periodically. Saw this and thought it might work. It did and is strong enough to handle the weight of the shelving with no problems. I thought they were a little pricey when I ordered them but once I got them and saw the weight of them I knew I made the correct choice.

Project was to make Recliner more easily mobile for elderly relative. Tri-dollies were easily and temporarily attached to chair legs with liquid rubber for future removal at later date.
