We purchased 3 packs of these to go with our Shur-Line Pro edger, only to discover that they're about a 64th of an inch too long! They do not stay attached to the edger: I ended up having to dip my fingers into the paint pan to retrieve the pad after it just dropped right off the edger. We are not happy campers, as the Home Depot is over 30 miles from our home.

These pad refills are pretty great. I've already bought 3 of these as we were painting our interiors walls. It would definitely save you if do all your walls in one day using this, if you were to use the same paint/color. Unlike us, we did our project on separate occassions and we didn't mind given the price of pads

Just bought another batch of these. These make edging a non-issue and are a great time saver.

These pads don't hold paint well at all. I had some with the white backer and you couldn't see through the bristles. I went to get more and these new kind with the clear back and thin bristles was all they had. They were very bad. Didn't hold paint well at all. Left horribly runny edges. I pitched them and went to a paint store for good pads. Huge difference. Don't bother with these.

These refills fit the edger perfectly & are easy to install. Great price & the Shur-line edger does a great job. Buying the edger & these refills were some of the best money I spent during my last project - saved me all kinds of time! In my experience, one pad will last you through about 150 feet of trim. Once the bristles start getting frayed around the edges or start getting stiff with dried paint, it's time to replace.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by bigrick poor quality plastic for holding pad
The plastic that holds the pad to the edger body is not tight enough. The pad slips off when going in the direction of the rollers. I used an old pad that had opaque plastic and it worked fine. The clear plastic ones just don't hold. Maybe because my holder is over 10 years old , I don't know.
