what is the diffrence? beside the price

Q1515U Siemens / 15 amp tandem breaker and Q1515NC 15 amp tandem , according the to the spec their is no difference in the two item except for price

The difference between the two tandem breakers is the stab that connects to the bus bar. The Siemens Q1515U are considered "Circuit Limiting" meaning that these tandem breakers will only fit into panels that are designed to accept tandem circuit breakers (I.E. a 12 space 24 circuit Load Center). http://www.homedepot.com/p/Siemens-125-Amp-12-Space-24-Circuit-Indoor-Main-Lug-Load-Center-P1224L1125CU/203027234?N=5yc1vZbm2wZ1dd The Siemens Q1515NC circuit breaker is considered a "Non Circuit Limiting" tandem breaker and will fit in panels that are NOT designed to accept tandem breakers.
