Answer:
Most all panels have a tab for a small pad lock. The photo presentation is poor but there is a tab at the bottom of the can for a padlock.

Answer:
Hi Eric,
Yes, all of our load centers have the option of being padlocked, there should be a knockout just above the handle of the panel on the trim. If you remove the knockout it will give you the option to lock the load center.

Answer:
Home Depot sells a 100 Amp twin breaker, Siemens Model # Q2100P. That breaker will take up two spaces. Your 50A and 30A is is another two spaces for each . Your 20A and 15A will use up a space apiece if they are for 120V circuits. If the breakers are all full size that's eight spaces and that fills your panel. The "16 circuit" means that there are the tandem breakers that fit two circuits in one slot. Read More

The "16 circuit" means that there are the tandem breakers that fit two circuits in one slot. Your 100A and 50A are dedicated to full slots for 240v, and that probably goes for the 30A as well. That will leave tandem breakers for the two remaining spaces if those are all 120v circuits giving 10 circuits. Max for 240v twins is four.
As for as being fed from the top I see no reason why it shouldn't. It looks like the same one I bought. Siemens Model # PW0816B1200TC with the 200A main. Same # as mine. The pipe hub for the top is purchased extra.
Keep in mind if you need 16 circuits you can't do it here because your 100A, 50A, will take up four spaces. The 30A, 240v can be doubled up if a tandem breaker is on hand in a 30A-20A combination, giving you an extra two 20 Amp circuits for a total of 12 circuits max.
You'll need this:
Siemens Triplex Two Outer 20 Amp Single-Pole and One Inner 30 Amp Double-Pole-Circuit Breaker
Triplex Two Outer 20 Amp Single-Pole and One Inner 30 Amp Double-Pole-Circuit Breaker
Model # Q22030CT
There are 15A and 20A tandems available. Read Less

Answer:
Hi luke,
This panel would accept 8 tandem circuit breakers getting you to 16 circuits total. Tandem or "twin" circuit breakers do not go higher than an amperage rating of 30 amps. Anything higher than 30 Amps and you would have to get a single pole or double pole. The panel can be fed from the top.

My meter base is already set in place without a disconnect. I need to find a feed through panel with a 200A feedthrough capability to a 200A subpanel 85 feet away for the main house (6-bay garage). This one looks like it might work for me but its an outdoor unit and I need one for inside the garage.

You can use that panel inside but I would get some onsite advice from an electrician or call the electrical inspector if you are pulling a home owner's permit and ask him. Grounding can be tricky sometimes and I fear bad grounds more than I fear the hot wires because a bad ground can become a hot wire itself. Personally I would rather have that panel at the meter and install an interior panel in garage. 200 amps is par for the average home but for a home that has a six bay garage you may want to re-evaluate your service needs. Rated 5.0 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent overall except... Just what I needed and with the right dimensions. However, don't take for granted that HD will have a hub for you in their store. In fact , you may not even know what the hub is until you get the panel and then you are faced with finding it in the HD system and not all stores have them. I needed a 2 inch and after much looking had to drive to a HD 23 miles from home. A 2 inch is ECHS200, a 1.5 inch is ECHS150, etc. Nice when you can order it with the can instead of driving miles thru an urban environment to get it. No GE, Eaton, or Square D will fit and the one you end up with is a generic. September 14, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Overall a great product for 50 amp rv hookups This is the third 200 amp main breaker box I have installed and the Siemens box works great I cut 4 holes and install 50 amp RV receptacles, and breakers. Makes a great place where 4 RVs can plug in. It is easy to install and hook up. September 4, 2013
