Zero complaints with this product so far in a two dog and one parakeet household. We are getting two cats this week, so while we hope we don't have to put this further to the test, I'm sure we will eventually.
The cleaner has been effective on a variety of surfaces -- tile, carpet and even kitchen counter (don't ask). We like the fact that it has a neutral, pleasant scent. It is not overly perfumed or sweet.
Generous size and comfortable sprayer handle.

Simple Green 32 oz. Oxy Dog Pet Stain and Odor Oxidizer gets five stars for 2 reasons. First one is that it is non-toxic and safe to use. Secondly it does a good job of taking care of the odor and stains. We recently adopted a beagle from the local pet rescue and instantly fell in love with the dog but we soon realized that the dog needed potty training and got in to few accidents. Simple green oxidizer worked great on the spots and is a life saver.

Having a multi-pet household is challenging, especially as pets age and have frequent accidents. It has been difficult to find a cleaner that effectively removes stains and odor without smelling awful or being harmful to breathe. One also must be careful that the dogs and cats do not step in the products which could be toxic. This product is the perfect solution to these concerns. I have used it successfully on my marble tile in the mud room where the biggest offender seems to leave puddles. While this product is not designed for colored grout, the off-white grout I have is deodorized and cleaned by this product. The product's scent is nonspecific, just a fresh, clean non-lingering odor. I have not tried this in the laundry yet, but will definitely do so as needed. I am pleased to see a limited ingredients list with peroxide being the primary agent for deodorizing and cleaning.

Here's something you probably don't want to do if you have a dog or cat: get a UV light, and in the dark, shine it around on the carpets and furniture. Every spot your little friend has ever had an 'accident' will glow. Even if you never knew about them, or thought you cleaned them up, they're still there under the UV. Kind of gross, even if it is not otherwise noticeable. 'Oxy' stuff does a good job of breaking down pet stains.
Since at the time of this writing the dog has not lately given me anything to work on ( good boy, ) I tried it on some old spots that I found with the light. This is undoubtedly a tougher test than on something that is fresh and still wet. I also tested it against an enzyme-based cleaner.
Both did about an equal job of fading the stains, although neither removed the UV glow entirely. But mind you, I'm talking about old stains that are only detectable under UV, for all intents and purposes, the carpet is already clean, no odors, and these are old dried spots that have had time to set and can probably never be completely gotten out. The enzyme cleaner is the same price for a quart as this is for a gallon, so this is a much better buy.
Also contains instructions for use with laundry. Since the ingredients are basically just water and peroxide, here is yet another use: mix with an equal amount of water, and water house plants. The peroxide will sterilize the soil, killing all sorts of insects, worms, etc, like those annoying little black gnats. The peroxide eventually breaks down into water and oxygen, which is good for the roots. This does cause some foaming which can overflow and get messy, so do it in a sink or tub. For a really bad infestation, discard the soil, and sterilize the plant roots by soaking in a similar solution before repotting in clean new soil. Potting soil can be sterilized in a microwave oven, but of course, not the plant!
With so many uses, I'm going to go through this jug fast.
One warning about any 'Oxy' product: do not use it in a carpet cleaner or other such device. I have seen them destroyed by one use - the peroxide attacks plastics, especially the clear plastics that these things tend to be made of, and the whole thing cracked to pieces. ( Wasn't me that did it. )

We are a house with three dogs. This spray woorks pretty good. I sprayed down a fouton, that my dog sleeps on and it seemed to take the smell away for a week or so. It seems to work best when you can wash the item in the washer, like beds and blankets, but overall I am pretty happy with it. I do wish that there was a finer mist spray to spray the fouton with so it does not get so wet.

I am an avid pet sprayer. With two dogs and 3 cats, someone is always throwing up. In this case, it was a 2 am accidental glad grossness from a dog with bad dreams.. a 140lb dog with fish-bottom. That was just the worst. Grabbed cover, doused with spray. You could see the enzymes working on the stain, it was impressive. Best part, killed the smell. I mean straight up killed the worst smell imaginable... dog fish-bottom... This was a pre-treat used before a wash cycle, and I use this on any cat puke as well. so far no one is overly interested in the site after I've treated and blotted up the substance in question. Overall, this is not nature's miracle, but I've been pretty happy with the performance! Yay no more dog fish-bottom sheets!

Having an older dog who continues to hack and throw up on her own hairballs, among other various health problems and issues, being able to get out stains and get out the odors is very important. This product works well and helps to make our home look neat and smell great.

I put this review off until after the holidays...why? At Christmas I had family visit, we had 6 dogs (including one NOT potty trained puppy) in my house. After a few accidents it was clear to see, this is effective at cleaning up, and no odor after. The oxy part does great at cleaning up the yellow stain that seems to always be left. So, this solved my dog visit issues at holidays and I can use it every day with my corgis, but we all know they would NEVER go potty in the house, right?
