Because of the shape of the spacers they where very easy to use. I had previously purchased spacers at Lowe's, but the where triangular shaped which made them very awkward and difficult to use!

I used the Pergo Laminate installation spacers after I started using the spacers provided by a competive mfr. The Pergo spacers were easier to use, and also more flexible for providing multiple spacing options. They also stayed in place much better than the other spacers and, as a result, held the flooring in place more securely.

We had issues keeping these from toppling over. Along walls where there were no baseboards they worked better; however, still toppled over at times. Where we had baseboards forget it, they continuously toppled over when we butted up the laminate. We finally quit using these and used some scrap wood which actually worked out better and gave us more support when using the pull bar and also helped keep the starting row of planks nice and straight.

The only thing with these is if you need a 1/4 space you need to use two of them. I think most floors need that space so it is like only getting 24 of them. Order extra if needed. Other than that they are still pretty cheap.
