How far can you shoot the soap with this attachment? Can I shoot up to 2nd story house and roof?

How far can you shoot the soap with this attachment? Can I shoot up to 2nd story house and roof? I know the model of the pressure washer will make a difference, but assume a cheap gas pressure washer around 2800 psi with 2.3 GPM. Just roughly would you be able to reach up to the roof or 2nd story with this attachment? I just want to spray soap up there. I would use different attachments for the rinsing and pressure washing. Thanks Haresh

Ratio Range

What is the ratio adjustment range (chemical vs water) for the nozzle. Will be using either a pressure washer with 2000 psi @ 1.9 gpm or one rated for 3000 psi @ 2.5 gpm.
Asked by: Viggy
You would have to use a bucket to mix chemical and water for ratio.

High-Pressure Detergent Foamer Nozzle for Gas Pressure Washers is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent soaper! Really works! Puts out just the right amount of soap you need with its adjustable valve. Nice spray jet stream with enough pressure to really soap up a car or degrease an engine. Works far better then my stupid siphon hose built into my pressure washer in which I ended up disconnecting and plugging off the factory soaper on my pressure washer. This quick disconnect soaper is well worth the money and Really works!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good for tough cleaning jobs Unit works well for cleaning big jobs like mowers and the siding on your house. The stream is to narrow for you car tho it will work on you car. I modified my nozzle by cuting the soad tube to about 6 inches and put the filter at the end of it. Driled a holle in a 16oz bottle and used. a hose clamp to hold the tube in the bottle when I scrrewed the cap on. This way I didn't have to have the 12 foot tube follow me around. I just fill the bottlle with soap and start washing. It hangs form the nozzle just fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Detergent Foamer Nozzle Works perfectly for my needs. Easy to adjust ratio of soap and the hose is long enough to use on a ladder. The pressure from the nozzle is enough to clean while applying the detergent too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Soap Nozzle!! This soaping nozzle works way better then expected. Picture looks bulky and heavy but it's not! Pros: First thing and what I think is the best feature of this nozzle is that it will help save your pressure washer pump from internal chemical corrosion and or or build up inside of it which causes failing or ceasing up. 2nd. That you can adjust the amount of soap it dispenses as needed rite at the tip of your wand saving you money on cleaners. 3rd. It has a strong enough spray to do cleaning on a second story home or peaks for a ranch home like mine. You may still have to use a ladder/scaffolding "use at your own risk, so be careful" when using it on higher peaks but can be used to do high pressure cleaning, unlike the black soaping tip supplied with pressure washers or replacement tip sets. 4th. Built to last!! Con: 1st. Out of the box it will work just fine for all intended soaping needs, but dealing with a dangling hose is the only issue that I had foreseen. Because it gets caught up on things like bushes, ladders etc. and can make for much more work then you already have ahead of you. 2nd. It's a little over priced, IMO. I read in another review about using a 16oz. water bottle for the soap instead of using the loooong hose. I did this rite out of the box and I can tell you that "IMO" I made the rite choice rite off the bat. What you need to do for this to work is "while the hose is still connected to the nozzle" cut the hose a little longer then length of the 16oz. bottle, about two or three inches. Because of the bend in the hose it will make it to short to reach the bottom if you don't cut it long enough. Yup, I cut it to short the first time... lol Then you will remove the hose from the nozzle connection. While the cap is on the bottle, place it in a vise at the neck of the bottle and drill a hole in the cap just big enough to slide it onto the the nozzle connection for the hose. Unscrew the cap and slide it over the connection tip "it should be a tight fit and smaller then the inside diameter of the hose while going on, if not the bottle will just slide off and it wont work". Then slide on the cut piece of hose back onto the connection to the same place as before. Then take the filter tip off the longer piece of hose you cut earlier and stick it into the new cut piece. Then slide the bottle over the hose and screw on the bottle, and wallah you have a new soap dispenser that you will be able to monitor rite in front of you. The hose will be tight enough to hold the bottle on but I saw that someone said they used a hose clamp under the cap. I tried it and my clamp was to big and didn't allow the bottle to screw on so I didn't use it and so it works very well without. I though at first it would be bulky and heavy but for me it's not. I've used it so far to wash my two cars and used car washing soap that is very thick so I deluded it 50 50 and it worked/sucked it up very well. I only had to fill the bottle once per car and probably could have gotten away with one bottle for both if I had remembered to adjust the amount of soap the nozzle was dispensing sooner, but it was a trial run and they were extra dirty so it didn't hurt. I used about the same as I would have If i'd done it by hand and maybe half that in the future. It took about 20 minutes per car from start to finish. They were much cleaner then the local car wash gets them. FYI: As I said this nozzle can clean and is higher pressure then the regular black soaping nozzles so be careful when washing cars with this or anything painted or soft materials. Make sure to use the rite tip on cars for rinsing as well "white nozzle" if not you will eat your paint rite off or leave streaks. Hope that this helped. Good luck!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from OK I purchased this along with the SimpsonHonda GC190 MegaShot 3100-PSI 2.5-GPM Gas Pressure Washer. I figured since it was a Simpson product it should fit perfectly on a Simpson Pressure washer. I actually could not attach the foamer to the wand. I took both it and the pressure washer to Home Depot. It took two people in the tool rental department to successfully attach. I believe the tip of the foamer washer is actually slightly too long. It does not easily 'snap' into the wand as the other 4 Nozzles that came with the pressure washer. When forced on (by two people) it does work. However, it is not helpful when attaching and disconnecting is such a time consuming multi person job.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from works great works 100x's better than the foamer nozzles that come on pressure washers. Get a medium/high pressure soapy foam instead of a low pressure foam. You can actually blow oil residue off with pressure and soap helps remove the oil residue when you rinse it off. I plan on trying out prior reviewer's idea of adding a detergent bottle with shorter draw tube hanging off gun. Long draw tube gets snagged and in the way all the time.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing! The nozzle definitely does foam the soap and the concentration is adjustable. But the high pressure stream is very streaky and I had to go back over the deck with a normal wide nozzle. Probably only good for just dispersing the soap.
