I bought a Simpson Pressure washer and it stopped working after 4 months. It took another 4 months for Simpson to finally return my multiple messages and direct me to a service center who told me (another two weeks later) that the problem wasn't covered under the warranty and it would cost $160 to fix...and if I wanted it back without repairing it I would have to pay $70 because the diagnosis was not covered by their warranty either. I got the Home Depot extended warranty but they couldn't help me because I have to wait until the manufacturer year warranty is up and any problems not fixed during the first year are considered preexisting conditions and not covered. Stay away from Simpson products!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dawson3882 POOR PRODUCT DESIGN!
My husband bought this cause we were sick of borrowing from everyone. For the money, good buy. For the ease of use & design, POOR. If and when you can get the hose on and keep it on, it works great. Doesn't like a metal hose end and you have to use it without the screen washer. Where they placed the hose connection, really?! You pull or push the unit from behind and the connection for the hose is on the side, therefore, the torque on the hose makes the hose pop off or the connection starts to leak. You'd think that with a little common sense the connection would be on the front of the unit so that the hose would flow with the pull as you're moving along the house while washing. AND the gas tank is too small (smaller than my push lawnmower) so you're constantly filling it!
