MichaelG,
Instead of the SET epoxy, we would recommend one of our crack repair adhesives. Please see the following link: http://www.strongtie.com/products/anchorsystems/adhesives/crackrepair/.
For a leaking crack, please consider the CRACK-PAC® FLEX-H2O™: http://www.strongtie.com/products/anchorsystems/adhesives/crackrepair/crack_pac_flex_h20.html?source=asnav. Please visit your local Home Depot store Read More

Michael this product its designed to be used as an anchoring adhesive. When it sets it sets very hard and it has very low elasticity abilities. This said with the contraction and expansion due to temperature changes this product it is not going to "work" with the surrounding material resulting in cracking. If the leak is coming from the "hole" type of penetration then i can see this product working if this is a crack in the basement wall than i would recommend using elastomeric concrete repair product. Refer to the related product for the recommended product image.

Answer:
William,
The product you are looking at (SET1.7KTA) is an epoxy-based adhesive. It is provided in a side-by-side cartridge (one side resin, one side hardener) with two mixing nozzles which will mix the resin and hardener as it is dispensed. An adaptor is also included so it can be dispensed using a standard caulking tool.
Thanks you!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent buy If you only need a little then this is a great buy it will save you money. February 23, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Spendy little number Seems to work pretty good. I used it to fill the holes I drilled for rebar I put in a sidewalk. It's expensive and doesn't really have much in it. I filled about 12 5/8 holes with 1/2 rebar and ran out. And you better have a good calking gun cause this stuff is thick. December 8, 2015
