Are these stud shoes rated for bearing walls?

A plumbing line was drilled thru a bearing 2x4 stud with a 2 1/4" hole, thus needing a stud shoe. The inspector wants to make sure the stud shoe is rated for a bearing wall. Some are not. Please let me know.
