I've had this drain installed for about two years now, and I'm currently pulling apart my plumbing to get my tub to stop leaking. There are two O-rings in the internal stopper; the bottom one that actually prevents water from flowing is very small, and came off sometime in the two years of use. Even if it didn't, the low-tolerance plastic tubing is not quite round enough for the plug to ever have sealed properly.
I'll give it some credit for being adjustable and easy to install. If you need something temporary or sealing is not essential, go for this. Otherwise, save up for a better (brass?) unit.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unhappy Horrible product! Arrogant WATTS technical assistance!
I don't need to repeat what the rest of the people said about this product, but unfortunately it's so true. Just finish talking on the phone with WATTS West coast technical assistant and to my surprise he didn't offer any help. This item should have been recalled and the customers (victims) who bought it supplied with a better fit plugs/O-rings. I will be calling their corporate office on Monday. Bottom line WATTS will not stand behind their faulty product.

I have a extra large tub... the only problem was the pull was a little too short... we did get creative and fixed it with a screw and some heat and glue... otherwise it works just like I expected...

Drain tool would not fit the drain, had to modify the tool to fit the drain so I could tighten it. The plug leaked so just removed it and will use a standard plug. Might be able to use larger o-rings to make it work.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Johnny Very poor quality! Screws rusted within first week!
Screws that hold on overflow cover plate rusted in the first week of use. Put a magnet to them and they stuck. Got a Danco overflow plate and stopper kit and no magnetic parts. Home Depot did a good job handling my complaint and I am happy with the end result.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by DevilDog91 Difficult to adjust water retention
The drain is easy to install, but adjusting it so it does not leak internally - letting the water out of the tub, is very time consuming and difficult. Next time I will spend the extra money to get a brass drain kit.
