Battery charger

Will my Skil battery charger SC118 currently charging my SC118A battery, charge my new 18V Lithium Ion SC18B battery?
Asked by: kenny
Thank you for your question. The SC118 charger will only charge the NiCad batteries. In order to charge the Lithium batteries you would need the SC118C-LI Dual Chemistry charger which will charge both Lithium and NiCad batteries. http://www.homedepot.com/p/Skil-Dual-Chemical-Charger-SC118C-LI/202691038?keyword=sc118c-li
