Bought a Skil 2.4 volt in 2002 for restoring boats and upholstery. Since that time I have gone through several other well known top brand models while still using my Skil to this day. Yup, still can hold a charge.
This new 3.6 volt Skil model has unbelievable torch for a driver this size.
I never realized how much I needed a flashlight untill it was right there in the palm of my hand!
The battery life has extremely long gevity on a single charge. I completely drained the driver's battery once I got it, and then gave it it's first charge I still haven't needed to give it a 2nd after using for several weeks..
This someone who know's telling ppl that know... awesome piece to have!

Worth the $32 paid. Bit better power than average tools in this price range. Simple, uncomplicated, straight body suitable for fast, repetitious use. Good controls. Integral battery not serviceable. Does not provide a holder to secure the tool on the wall. The flashlight is not on par with a real flashlight. Should be available in store instead of online-only.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bob4all Not as Handy as the Old Skill Twist Screwdriver
Two things I don't like with this model: They give you two small short bits verses one long handy double-ended bit. The short bits are hard to swap and store and limit your reach into tight places. The nose is fat which further limits your reach into tight places. The B&D model is more like my old Skill rechargeable screwdriver which I liked very much.

Quality tool with both driver and light functions. Holds a charge a long time. Just don't drop it on a hard surface because a fall from less than 3 feet onto concrete will cause it to fail.
