Rated 5 out of 5 by Very Nice Router Table I've had it for a few months now and like it a lot. I went from a 20 yr old aluminum craftsman table to this mainly because I wanted a smoother table (and something more up to date). My Craftsman Combo router fits perfectly. I use the fixed base part in the table and the plunge base for hand routing- switching out the motor. The quick mount is fantastic to use and has been flawless. Like that the table came with plastic feather-boards. I've been making my own for a long time out of wood and have to admit the plastic is a much smoother action. On off switch in the table front is great. I didn't have that before and it was awkward turning the router off and on. The fence tightens secure. The bit guard flipping up when pushed from the right when feeding a piece through it is a really nice change from what I've had (pushing into the fence where it would snag a little) The tabletop inserts are flat with the table top. I've had no hang-up. I actually haven't used the bit height gauge or the miter gauge so I won't comment on them. My only concern is that I have an unheated shed for a workspace (10 by 12) so I have been keeping the table in the house out of concern for how dampness might affect the composit table. The table came with two plastic shims 1/6 and 1/8 thick. Pretty thoughtful of Skil. (Skil! Would be nice to have a couple the entire length of the fence also for that first partial cut, though I do make my own.) The compartments come in handy when packing up a few bits/inserts to work elsewhere. I have it bolted to 3/4 plywood that I clamp to sawhorses. Very stable/durable so far with a lot of use. Anyway, Very pleased with it and I certainly would encourage others to give this table a look at if your in the market. December 1, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by good little table Good table to do some garage work. Have not been able to get a skill router on the table. I am using a Ryobi router and it is a little hard to intall on thr plate that came with it. Not sure for what skill router was the table made! November 18, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by POOR Fit. This was a present from my family. Good features and easy set up. My old Craftsman Router would not fit and I was looking at a new setup anyway. I orderd a Porter Cable 895 kit as it was listed as a model that would work with this table. The mounting plate is close but does not line up with the mounting points or the OTA point. I am not to happy at this point a I am having to look at another table. October 5, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by A must have for any woodworker! I've brought my router table a month ago, and Wow! I was so happy to add some class to my work. This little table along with the router makes wood work easy! A must have in my book! July 12, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Useless for me After MUCH effort and because it was highly recommended, I finally managed to get this delivered to me In Canada. However, it is useless.  I have a Skil 1825 router that Skil says will work with this table - it doesn't.  The handle complete blocks the locking mechanism that keeps the router in place under the table making it impossible to secure.  I have the combo fixed/plunge router and am faced with having to buy another router if I want to use this table.  What a waste of time and money.  I tried to load a pic, but after 10 minutes of a spinning ball, I gave up.  I am NOT happy September 29, 2013
