The TB-318 is a wireless battery-operated wall mount remote transmitter for the SkyLink Home receivers. Place this Wireless Wall Switch anywhere, places not possible to have a hand-wired wall switch. It can operate SkyLink Home Control devices such as the in-wall or plug-in dimmers, and in-wall or plug-in On/Off appliance controllers. The options are almost limitless as to what you can control. Remotely and wirelessly brighten and dim, turn On and Off, lighting and appliances.

Answer: 
The unit you're referring to comes by itself. It is sold in a kit that includes the receiver as well. The model number of the kit is SK-8 or Sk-7.

I have a hallway with a light switch at each end of the hall to turn on the light. I wish to cover up the switch at one end and place it on another adjacent wall without wiring, Running wires to the new switch is not an option. I would still like to be able to turn the light on at each end of the hall. Do you have a product for this?
