Answer:
A heat loss calculation needs to be done on the structure to determine how many BTU's it needs. A conformation can not be given from square footage and zip code. If you look for heat loss calculation programs on line, there are many where you can putt in the room sizes and other information and it will calculate it, Chris 978 651 3301

Answer:
Don't know if Home Depot has installation for it. It is very simple that I am sure anyone that is Home Heating expert can install it. Just make sure they have the Natural Gas experience to connect that or you would need to hire someone else for that.

You have got a lot of variables that jump out at me. I say that because I have radiant experience. For example how did you come up with the BTU figure? What are the water temperatures you need? Is the tube embedded in a concrete slab or mounted under or on top of the floor? Will there be any high temperature zones? And others. Thus this merits a conversation where I might be able to help you make good decisions. So please feel free to give me a call if you would like. Keep in mind not all equipment can be used at high altitude and for those that can this is often accomplished by de-tuning them to account for the diminished oxygen levels. This unit was easy to install after figuring out how to re-route the existing piping, which was a big mess. I was able to purchase everything I needed at Home Depot. It's been running for a week now, with no problems or concerns. I would recommend this to anyone wishing to replace an aging hydronic system.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Slant Fin Boiler The boiler is doing good. It was not easy to install, even for a plumber. The wiring instructions were not easy to read, it was very confusing. It is working though.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from very bad customer service. bad quality. I bought this product from homedepot. The contractor installed, and found that the circulate motor doesn't work. So have to replace it. Then after running for 2 weeks, the damper stop working. I talked with homedepot, they told me to call manufacture. I called manufacture, they first transfer me to customer service department, where the representative told me to talk with homedepot. I told him homedepot wants me to call manufacture. Then he transfer me to technical service department, where they just keep hanging off my call, don't talk with me at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great boiler, so far. I did a lot of research on boilers before I bought one. The Slant Fin gets good reviews consistently. Home Depot had them in stock and it was easy to order and pick up. I installed it myself with the help of a friend. The instructions are clear and I pretty much had no trouble with the install. The boiler works well and has a lot of nice features on it. Time will tell if I still feel the way I do now, but so far I like this boiler.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Upgraded from Oil to Natural Gas Very happy with the features that this unit has. It was a great price for a great product. I researched about Boilers before buying and found this brand to be considered good so I bought one after getting a promo for it (had been searching online for one). It's the small things that make this unit so great. If the installer says not to use the Z-Flex chimney liner tell them you want it anyway. It is the best way to keep the fumes from entering the house from the chimney.
