Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Tayler The stock numbers match but the colour is wrong
I ordered these as they had a complimentary colour to the rest of my tile order. The name is Lichen. The picture shows a soft green colour. What I recieved was turquiose. They were named turquoise on the package. Although the stock numbers match the colour of the tiles is wrong. not what I ordered or expected. I can't use them. For the $6.95 its not worth returning them. I got burned on this one.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by mitchesa Needs extra adhesive - but good value
A good value, considering the elimination of grouting and a quick visual/esthetic fix to a wall or backsplash area. However, even with proper surface prep, you really do need extra adhesive. These tiles pop off very easily within days of application. But I knew this going in, considering I had purchased another self-adhesive tile by the same company.

I bought these expecting it to be the standard size to cover existing tile, but it's smaller. I wanted to cover a few tiles in an old bathroom. It turns out that the standard size is 4X4. So, they had to be returned.

I would recomend this product to anyone. It's a smart idea and it's beneficial to single women like myself who don't have the knowledge to put ceramic, glass or porcelan tiles. It's easy to use and looks great.

I thought these would be a nice compliment to my kitchen decor and easier to install than ceramic, since they don't require specific tools. Don't be fooled by the pictures, they come in single squares, they do not come as a sheet of four with what looks like to be grout lines in between... which for some reason I was under the impression they did and it would have been a much easier install if that was the way they had come. If you have any places where you need to cut these, they taper to the outside edges so the edge that is there after you cut, is much sharper and sticks out more than on the full tiles. I live in a mobile home and therefore nothing is ever square, these make it easier to make up for that as you can slightly overlap them, as I did not want to go through the hassle of painting behind and measuring to get grout lines. My tiles are going to need touched up with just a bit of grout in between so the tiles that I had to cut do not show the wall colour through.
Also, I had to reposition some of my tiles and used the hair dryer on them like it said, it makes the tiles pliable but also made my paint which is semi gloss and has been on my wall for a year peel as well. It says you cannot stick them to a wall that has been painted within the last 3 weeks.
Real ceramic definitely would look better, and is probably not that much more time consuming.
