I put my white subway peel and tiles up yesterday and OMG - they are absolutely beautiful!! They were easy to cut even with scissors to go around my backsplash outlets as needed. It was a little tough in the beginning measuring out everything because each single tile is individual and I had to do about 200 tiles total whew!. I also used the mosaic and that was easier because its on a large sheet and easier to keep aligned without a leveler..Otherwise I'd suggest using a leveler for each single white subway tile. It took me 3 hours by myself to do a backsplash of about 8 feet by 2 feet. I love these!!!! No messy grout or wait time. I'm waiting to see how sturdy they stand up to our stovetop.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by EricaF Excellent Product for Do-It-Yourself Projects
We recently used smart tiles to create a backsplash in our kitchen and couldn't be happier with the results. They were easy to cut where needed, easy to install and easy to clean. The only thing keeping this product from getting five stars is that it is not so easy to uninstall. As promised, the tiles can be removed using the heat from a hairdryer. However, it removed a layer of the wall with the tile itself. Just be prepared and place your tiles carefully.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Eric Do not spend your money on this
It took forever to get them and when they came and I put them up they looked ok but only covered 1/3 of what I needeed (my measuring error). I realized it was going to cost close to 4X the amount I originally paid to cover my whole backsplash. I realized I could tile real tile instead of the gel tile and I could do my whole backsplash materials needed and all for the price I just paid to cover 1/3 of my backsplash....So I took down the peel and stick some of which were alrerady peeling off after only 2 days and tiled the whole thing. It was my first tile project--super easy and looks WAY better than the gel peel and stick tiles. I would seriously conisder another option as this is a super expensive way to do it. For the price they charge for these little things you could literally pay a professional to do it for the same price with real tile or save significant money and tile yourself--Either way real tiles look signifcantly better---Trust me I had both up! DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!

Not bad, I was hoping they were going to be more rigid; they are flexible tiles. You can't tell once they're up, though.
