This generator offers four 120-Volt 20A outlets, a 120/240-Volt 30A Twist-lock AC outlet (NEMA# L14-30R), a 120V 30A Twist-lock AC outlet (NEMA # L5-30R), and one 12-Volt 8A DC outlet for convenient connectivity. The powerful 11-HP 4-stroke/air cooled OHV engine runs smoothly and quietly on unleaded gasoline while providing dependable power when you need it the most. Use it for emergencies, job sites and off the grid locations where you need electricity. EPA and CARB approved.

Yes - you can get all the power out of this unit through the 120/240 volt, four prong, L14-30 twist lock outlet

Any 10W/30 is fine. The generator takes 30oz.
