This unit does not have a remote start. This is due to the fact that it has manual choke. My experience is that I use the choke whenever I start it. I run exclusively on propane.
I hope this helps.

Sorry, I can't tell you about military discounts.
The battery is included with the GP7500DEB foe electric starting. As the generator will probably sit for awhile between uses I disconnect it as a precaution against discharging it for so unknown reason.
There is a delivery charge to have it delivered your home but you can have it delivered to your Home Depot at no charge.

Last I heard, we cannot use the military discount for online orders. It does come with a battery and a cord to charge the battery when you are running the gen. Not sure about delivery, but probably.

Yes, you can have this model shipped to your house. I believe there is a shipping charge. I had mine shipped to my local Home Depot for pick up. There was no shipping charge for that method.
You'll had to contack Home Depot customer service on the military discount question.

I bought it specifically for my 33 foot fifth wheel. It has an A/C unit and a washer and dryer along with the usual TVs etc. It has more than enough power to run all of it without worry of turning too many items on. The generator would run a small house. I bought it with the thought that I may need to run two fifth wheels at the same time. Hope this helps.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I've owned this model for 5 months now and I really think it's a well put together model. What they are putting together could be questionable but as far as my experience I love the thing. We run propane and it starts up on the first time every time and runs well. I have heard when using propane I need to coat the valves or cylinders with oil once in a while. October 23, 2016
