Rated 5 out of 5Â by James LOVE IT!! Use it every weekend at the lake!
Great and easy to use. I have a wood fired smoker and have always had difficulty keeping the heat just right. this is simple to use and just set the heat and leave it alone and let it do its thing. I've had it just a short while but after cooking brisket on it last weekend my neighbor ordered on as well. Cooked 4 racks of ribs and a brisket all at once. Smoked brisket for 6 hours, wrapped it up in foil and cooked it another 6 while I took the family on the lake. it was perfectly tender, juicy and delicious when we got back to the lake house. Ribs I smoked for 3 hours, wrapped in foil and cooked another 2 hours. took them off the heat and let them slowly cool while we were out and they were fantastic as well.

great smoker. Love the electric. Do not have to deal with fuel. Working great in all outdoor temperatures. Food came out very nice. Family and friends commented a lot on the quality of the food.

I received this smoker as a gift several years ago. At first I was disappointed it was not a propane model like I had hinted that I wanted. After a couple of uses I was glad it was electric. No propane tank issues like running out of lp in the middle of a smoke, etc. I have used and abused this smoker and it keeps smoking away. I had the heating element go out after two years. I called the company and they shipped one right out with no hesitation. Very easy to regulate temperature high and low.
If you are thinking of a smoker, you can't go wrong with this one.

I purchased my first Smoke Hollow about 2 years ago and shortly after purchased another one due to the high volume of smoking I was doing. I had to cut the grate under the wood chip pan so the tray would sit directly on the heating element to get more smoke. About 5 months later, the heating element blew a hole in it. I ordered another one for $49.99. Then 6 months later the heating element blew out on the second smoker. Last week the heating element that I bought blew out as well. 3 heating elements in 2 years is not normal wear and tear. I am currently in the market for another smoker... It won't be a Smoke Hollow!
