Well written easy to follow assembly instructions, a well engineered, well made and easy to use smoker; easy on the propane also. Heats up very quickly, stable temperatures and most important of all great eats. Have done chicken, baby back and Kansas City ribs so far, all delicious. Looking forward to a turkey. Easy does 8 racks baby backs..

I like the smoker. The design of the two doors are nice. However, the temperature gauge isn't accurate.
My main disappointment was that it was banged up in the box. A rubber mallet helped with some of that.

Holds temp quite well. Temp at same vertical height as door thermometer is ~25' lower than it reads, temp at two holes above water pan is ~25-30 lower than that. That is better than most gas vertical smokers in the same price range. If you adjust door brackets so they just hold the doors shut but don't see the sidewall budge when latched, they seal quite well. With vent 100% open and gas flow set slightly above low, I can keep temp just above water pan at ~215-225 and the middle between 245 and 250. Temp varies by 10 to 20' with a medium breeze. To get optimum smoke going, I start on high and then reduce heat, open the door, load the meat then close. Assembly wasn't too bad but did take a little while. Would have given five stars if there were recessed wheels for moving like some other vertical grills have.

Product arrived quickly w/o any shipping damages. I have already smoked while chickens and ribs. Everything turned out delicious. Holds steady temps and has plenty of racks to smoke as much as you want.

The smoker is great for large or small amounts of meats! The meat cooks evenly inside and out. But of course, you're cooking with gas. Its just a GREAT smoker!
