Customer Questions & Answers

Can this fit a queen size mattresses

Asked by: Ladyluv
Thank you for your question. I would not recommend you use a queen sized mattress with a full size bed as the additional weight may cause damage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to put together... The bed frame came with easy instructions to follow. Pieces were labeled well and the quality of the frame was better than I expected.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from too many screws, not enough dowels best thing I can say about this bed is that it is probably cheaper to buy the kit than the raw materials. That said, even if you have nearly no skill, you could probably build a better bed yourself. While I was expecting cheap, the design is so bad I'm surprised it went into manufacture. Platform consists of 5 particle board planks that all screw into the frame in 4 places, leaving 20 places for your mattress to catch and rip (since the screws aren't sunken). Because there are no pegs between the boards, they wiggle independently - and mine came out uneven at the bottom. still, at 110 lbs, it was too heavy to send back, and buying cut wood would have ended up costing more.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Mishandled unit Upon unpacking the P2 end of bed trim piece was split and broken off in 2 pcs. If it were any of the other side rails I would have had to return it due to construction, which would have been a major pain as bed with box unopened is heavy. At this moment the end trim piece is clamped and glued when installed I hope it resolves the next problem which is catching your legs on the corners. My daughters friend has a nice scrape from this, Time will tell...Easy to assemble...I'm not sure how long it will last, but it's what my daughter wanted.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from You get what you pay for The box showed up almost torn threw which was possibly the USPS drivers fault because it was extremely heavy. The pieces and holes didn't line up so it was useless to have the directions. Once we redrilled new holes it looks decent and its sturdy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible This product is horrible...I understood it was press board but you should at-the-least be able to put it together with out the wood cracking and splitting. It's a big mess that I'm going to have to repair with real wood. I wasted my money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from After my metal frame broke, I wanted something that was sturdy and easy to put together. This was perfect. It was easy to put together on my own and my bed looks great now. I also like how nothing can get under the bed now. It would be useful having a person help when putting on the moldings as that was the most difficult task to do alone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect platform for a loveseat! We purchased this full sized platform bed for use in the "man cave" as we had 2 love seats with consoles, one behind the other. It needed just that little lift so the person(s) sitting behind the first set can see the TV. We measure the seats, the platform and everything else to make sure this would work. It arrived promptly, free shipping. Easy to put together. Sturdy and sleek. I would say the hardest part was bringing this 100+ pound box up the stairs! Once put together, we reinforced the top piece( where the mattress would lay) with another piece of plywood. I painted it black and it's a perfect fit. Much more cost effective than building a platform yourself. We are so please with the way this turned out. It definitely did the trick as you can see in the picture. Now, if you're looking for a platform for a full sized bed, this is the one.
