Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by PhotoBeats Extremely low quality parts. One of the worst products I've purchased.
I bought this because I was looking for something inexpensive and I have a line of credit with Home Depot. Upon first unpacking, it was clear that this was much more difficult to build than self-build furniture I've purchased. That's not really important though.
What is important is that the drawer slides are made of plastic. Not even hard composite plastic, but flimsy, cheap plastic. I couldn't believe it, but I went forth nonetheless. It took me about an hour and a half to build by myself.
Once built, I put the dresser in my closet and filled it with a reasonable amount of clothes... mostly teeshirts, shorts, bathing suits. Nothing too heavy. About three months later, my girlfriend opened more than one drawer at once, and they both collapsed. We put them back into the slides and it seemed fine until the next morning when it happened again.
Since then it's literally impossible to open a drawer without having it fall out. The plastic sliders can't handle even the weight of the drawers themselves, let alone a drawer with anything in it.
I can honestly say this is one of the worst products I've ever owned. I should have known from the second I saw the drawer slides to pack it up and bring it back. Although it's cheap, the manufacturer could have easily afforded to use metal drawer slides, or at least wood.
