Desk is cheap but it comes together nicely after about an hour or two of following the instructions, the metal rollers mean the drawers come in and out smooth and securely. Shipping was much faster than the estimate and free the whole process was really quite enjoyable

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Meanderer Perfect for my quilting room.
I bought four of these units and put them together for a base of my sewing table. They are the perfect solution for storage right where I needed it, and a perfect height for working on cutting quilt pieces, and arranging the blocks. I iron on this surface and can take care of a 4' x 8' surface at a time. I'm thrilled I found this product. It is absolutely perfect for my needs.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Eric Particle board and fasteners galore!
This is not a bad looking unit once finished, but BE PREPARED to spend serious time (4-5 hours) going through the countless fastners and organizing all the particle board pieces. Also, some pieces can be confusing. For example, the drawer glides are mirror images of one another and go on two different particle board pieces that look alike (thankfully they have a letter stamp at the bottom which you must pay close attention to). There are also two types of finishing nails included that look VERY SIMILAR! And, the plastic L-shaped fasteners don't all align very well with the holes on the particle board, so you have to fiddle with them at an angle and try you best to screw them in properly--but one really shouldn't have to do this.
The instructions are OK, but not real friendly. They are just straightforward--printed in small point size with faint ink, so be prepared to squint at times when reading them. The blow-up diagrams are not very helpful -- just a circle (the size of a dime with a slightly bigger outline of the part).
Lastly, the instructions say not to use a cordless drill, but you'll definitely want to and you can, just be careful and set the torque low so that you can still hand-tighten. Otherwise, there's a lot of wrist turning and without a cordless drill, you wrist will get sore quick.
I'm recommending the unit, but really wish there were a "neutral" option.

When I opened the box. The face of the dresser had a dent. Not big but you can notice it. Then we went to put the knobs on and they didn't supply screws for that so we had to buy them. After waiting a week and a half to get it. I wasn't going to return it and wait another week and a half.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Hipmom Almost perfect!
My boyfriend put this together for my daughter, and he used a few additional finishing nails to make it a little sturdier. We also changed the drawer pulls to something a little more sturdy - the ones it came with are very low quality and the hardware doesn't seem to hold them on well. That said, the finished product looks great and my daughter loves it!
