For use in wet or dry locations, this Southwire 1,000 ft. Black 1-Gauge USE Wire is designed for use as underground service entrance cable. Compatible in direct burial applications from the transformer to the meter base. The voltage rating for this cable is 600-Volt maximum.

You will have to check your local electrical code requirements to see if you can use Black Stranded Al USE Wire to feed a 100-amp sub-panel.

Answer: 
If you need 25 feet, you would put 25 in the quantity field. It comes in continuous feet. If you need 3 (10 footers), you would create 3 different line items at quantity of 10 each. Hope this helps. You can also contact your local Home Depot store and see if they cut this product in a store near you.

Yes – this conductor can be used from the meter box to the panel. Based upon NEC Table 310.15(B)(16), #1 AL USE/RHH/RHW-2 conductors are rated for 100 Amps at 75°C (not more than 3 current carrying conductors in a raceway). You need to check the maximum current draw of those appliances to see if this size circuit can supply them safely.
