Southwire's Triplex Erskine is used for secondary distribution and underground service. It can be used in direct burial applications or run in ducts. The aluminum conductors are compressed and stranded. The two phase conductors and the neutral conductor are cabled together to form the triplex configuration.
- Insulation is made of cross-linked, vulcanized interlinked polyethylene (VIP-1)
- Neutrals have sequential footage markers and a yellow triple extruded stripe
