Answer: 
Yes it does. All Southwire THHN conductors are also rated either THWN or THWN-2 which means that all Southwire THHN conductors can be used in wet locations. An underground conduit is counted as a wet location. You can obtain spec sheets at Southwire.com under the product catalog page.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by this product works fine I had good luck using it just to try but really it's about 2 to 3 cents more per foot than 4 500 foot spools, comparatively. If you do this stuff everyday like me that can add up quick. I probably wouldn't use it for that reason. just get ya a decent wire cart to put your spools on. this product is only costing the consumers more money. August 1, 2013
