Southwire's Triplex URD is used for secondary distribution and underground service. It can be used for direct burial or in ducts. The aluminum conductors are made stranded, compressed and available paralleled. 2-phase conductors and one neutral conductor are cabled together to form the triplex cable configuration.

A simple Yes or No would be the desired answer.
but in your case yes you could use this wire in conduit or direct buried

Probably need to go a little larger. If you do not have a copy of the NEC (NFPA 70), you can now access it (and other NFPA codes and standards) for free on the web at www.nfpa.org/freeaccess. And remember that it is far better to hire a professional electrician for jobs like this than risk injury or fire by doing it yourself. I can't find detail on the cable ratings, which would say if it is allowed inside in conduit

This cable can be used as direct burial or in ducts. Visit southwire.com under the product catalog tab. You can look up the item by aluminum URD. Once the item sheet comes up, you can click on the spec sheet link at the bottom of the page. This should answer all of your spec questions.
