Do I still need a ground and neutral wire with this wire?

I have a shed that comes with the GE PowerMark Gold 125-Amp 8-Space 16-Circuit Indoor Main Lug Circuit Breaker Panel. The panel has (6) 20 amps breakers installed. I will use it as a sub panel in the Shed to power light, a portable air conditioner and power tools. The Shed is about 100 ft. from my house. Can I use this wire to bring electricity from my main box to the sub panel. If so, do I also need a separate ground and neutral wire with this one? Can I use this same wire as hot wire in the sub panel?

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't Order Wire Over The Interenet, Go To Local Store! I ordered 4 different wire colors, all 27' in length. No two matched in length, got various lengths from 25' to 28', no consistency at all. Apparently person cutting wire could not read a tape measure!! March 8, 2016
