Answer:
This is SER cable so the answer to your question is "No". If you want two conductors and a bare neutral or ground, you should order SEU cable.

Answer:
If service entrance cable is allowd for service entrance in NJ it would be Type SE Style U, commonly called SEU cable. SER cable has too many conductors for a single phase service.

I would contact a certified electrician in your area to get that answer. Codes are different throught the country. Even city and county codes can be different than state codes. You could also contact a city or county inspector to give you that answer.

Answer:
This product is SER cable and has a total of 4 wires; 3 insulated and 1 bare ground conductor. The service entrance cable you are thinking of is probably SEU cable which has 2 insulated and 1 bare conductor. SER cable is typically used as a feeder to a subpanel and not for service entrance. This 2/0 copper SER cable is suitable for a residential 200 amp subpanel feeder.

Answer:
You can check online by selecting your local store at "Store Finder". Then you can check to see if it is in stock at your local store. It might be easier to call your local store and ask. They can also check other stores in the area for you.

Answer:
This item has a "baby sku" which means that it is sold "By the Foot". You would need to check with your local Home Depot store to see if this is an in stock item that they keep on their wire machine. It is also available for purchase on HomeDepot.com by the foot and have it shipped directly to home.
