Southwire's Triplex URD is used for secondary distribution and underground service. It can be used for direct burial or in ducts. The aluminum conductors are made stranded, compressed and available paralleled. Two phase conductors and one neutral conductor are cabled together to form the triplex cable configuration.

If used in a service entrance application, consult your local electric utility. If used in an NEC application (on the load side of the main distribution panel), this product is rated for 90 Amps at 75 degrees C ampacity (per NEC Table 310.15(B)(16)). Yes. Note this product cannot be used inside of a building. It can only be used outdoors.
