Customer Reviews

Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 4 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I've been using it for years I have been using the Spa Time brominating tablets for about 4 years. I got a free hot tub and replaced the pump, heater, control unit, keypad, and lid resulting a really decent setup and a great price. I bought this product to maintain water quality. Once it was all gone, I cheaped out on some chlorine tablets from Walmart... WOW, what a difference. The chlorine dissolved much faster and was harder to control. After just a few weeks on chlorine, I went back to the Spa Time brominating tablets. My hot tub was about 250 gallons and I kept it at 102 degrees F. I would have to add about one or two little tablets per week max. The 5 lb jug lasted me about a year. As long as I stayed on top of it, the water was always great. I just upgraded to a 445 gallon tub and will continue to use this product. March 19, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Spa Time Brominating Granules are much better I used up my container of Spa Time brominating granules and could not fond more at Home Depot, so I purchased and began using the spa time brominating tablets. Within a week my spa pH became difficult to manage. I had used the granular form (different formula) for months with no such problem. Apparently Home Depot does't sell the granular form anymore, so I'll have to get it at Amazon. August 9, 2014
