Use it on most lawn types, including Bermuda Grass, Bent Grass, Centipede Grass, Kentucky Bluegrass, Fescue and Zoysia Grass. If certain tough weeds are not dead within three weeks, repeat treatment. Broadcast application is not necessary; follow spot treatment directions. Use of this product when air temperatures are below 60F may result in delayed appearance of weed control. Do not water within six hours of treatment. Poor weed control may result if rainfall occurs within six hours of application. For best results, mow lawn before treating weeds.

Answer:
It varies with the type of weeds you are trying to kill, and the kind of soil that you have. Once may be enough, or you might have to go over the space a second time....but this stuff works!

Answer:
For best results, you should mow before you spray. There is no waiting period to mow afterward; you can mow as usual.

Answer:
No, it won't control goosegrass (or annual bluegrass). You'll need to spot treat with Spectracide Weed & Grass Killer instead, being very careful to treat only the weeds you want to control. http://www.homedepot.com/p/Spectracide-128-oz-Ready-to-Use-Weed-and-Grass-Killer-HG-96017-1/203166182

32 oz. Ready-to-Spray Weed Stop Concentrate for Lawns is rated 3.1 out of 5 by 82.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn't work Sprayed twice and the weeds are still there. Not sure why but was a total waste of time and money for me

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not work as advertised Purchased this product in February 2016 and applied to my lawn as described on bottle's label. Two months later I am witnessing 60 - 70% of the grass is burnt. I knew that excess application of this product may harm the grass, and for this very reason, I was very methodical when I applied the product. Yet the result is burnt-up grass. Moreover, the weeds are back in full bloom after showing some sign of reduction initially. I am sure the intent of the manufacturer is good, but there has to be a better way to apply this product without ruining ones grass.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works good but careful with nozzle The biggest problem with this stuff is the hoze nozzle. It easily breaks off or apart due to the water pressure as it is made of plastic. It can't take too much force. I've used this products many times and after it breaking many times now I open the bottle nozzle first, leave the bottle wedged between some rocks and then turn on the water faucet slowly but only 2/3 way on. Then I thoroughly coat the weeds in the lawn. This product will only work if it is going to be above 70 deg and sunny so the weeds absorb it but no rain should be expected within the next day and no super hot days above 90 or dry spells. Also only works on small size weeds. If your weeds are 2 feet tall, mow first, then spray. Coverage is good compared to granules.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not kill crabgrass I sprayed a good amount of this product on my crabgrass. Two weeks later the same crabgrass is still there.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Weed control Knocks out most all weeds and pretty quick too. Used it for the past 2 years

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Every Time I've used this product for over three years. In the early Spring the weeds start growing much sooner than the grass. Weed Stop kills off all the growing weeds so the grass can grow when its time. I also use it during early summer when milk weeds try to take over patches of my front and back yard. I read a number of negative reviews and I will add this. I hand pull the medium to large because it takes a long time for this product to work on large hardy weeds. Also a good solid rain will pretty wash away the product. Those large weeds can recover after a good rain. I use this product along with a natural fertilizer and corn gluten (for the grassy weeds). The combination does a great job.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money WHERE TO START: I sprayed my front yard as directed then I soaked the areas that had A LOT of weeds. For the next 5 days the weeds appeared to be dying.. NOTICE I said APPEARED.. Within the next 5 days all the weeds came back to life!! COMPLETE WASTE OF MY MONEY!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from grass dead, weeds flourish Applied product twice in spring, 3 weeks apart, as directed. Now grass (Empire zoysia) is patchy brown and weeds grow like crazy. It did kill dollarweed and chickweed though, everything else grows like never before - except the actual lawn. Very disappointed.
