Answer:
Hi Sal. Yes, it's ok to use on painted surfaces. It's also generally non-staining, but we recommend that you test on a small, inconspicuous area before spraying all over.

Hi Yvette. No, this product won't control bed bugs. Try the Hot Shot line of bed bug and flea control products at Home Depot instead: http://www.homedepot.com/s/hot%20shot%20bed%20bug?NCNI-5

We are looking for an insecticide that includes a wand, in order to spray inside a recessed eve on our roof which is invaded with Yellowjackets. Will this product work for that situation?

Answer:
No, Spectracide Bug Stop Home Barrier won't control yellow jackets, but we sell several aerosol products at Home Depot that will, including Spectracide Wasp & Hornet Killer (http://www.homedepot.com/p/Spectracide-20-oz-Wasp-and-Hornet-Aerosol-Spray-Killer-HG-95715-3/100578850). The jet spray reaches up to 27 ft, which is likely plenty of propellant to reach the eave of your roof.

Answer:
It depends on which fogger you're planning to use -- many require extinguishing your pilot light, but some don't. Please call Spectracide brand at 1-800-917-5438 and we'll be happy to talk further.

Bug Stop 1.33 gal. Home Barrier Ready-to-Use Easy Action Pump is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 23.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from AccuShot power sprayer is poorly designed and sucks air instead of fluid The AccuShot power sprayer on my 1.33 gallon Spectracide Bug Stop Home Barrier has a terrible design defect that makes this battery powered pump totally worthless. The snap-in fitting at the top of the container makes a very poor seal. Thus, when you raise the sprayer above the level of the container it just sucks air and won't pump. Since there was no way to seal it and stop it from sucking air, I had to dump the contents into an empty Raid container. The Raid container and pump is a much better design with a continuous tube that has no leaky joints to let air in the plumbing. No, I don't work for or sell Raid products. They simply got the plumbing and pump design perfect (KISS principle), while Spectracide's design is a miserable failure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from EXCELLENT Have used this since last summer and works to kill, if not disorient bugs, giving you time to make your move. Try using an electric wand zapper in conjunction with this product. Executes these nasty bugs in a pop!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I may as well have sprayed sugar water! Save your money. I have sprayed my ants 4-5 times to no avail. I swear I think I hear them giggling at me...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This products actually works as stated... I live in Florida. I haven't needed to spray my house for years but after a series of humid and rainy days, I was finding at least one palmetto bug or flying cockroach scurrying across the floor, every other day or so. I purchased the jug of Bug Stop and went to work. I sprayed the entire outside perimeter of the house as well as the perimeters of each window. I moved inside and sprayed all of the baseboards, door and window openings and waited. Nearly every morning over the next week or so - I found dead roaches and palmetto bugs laying on the floor - dead on their back's. My wife and I couldn't believe that after a couple of weeks, we were no longer surprised when we turned on the lights. The products works as promised and the spray wand shoots a tight spray pattern for those times when you can't get real close to the target, but don't want product all over everything.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good - by no means an expert but I found this to work I am by no means an expert on bug killing chemicals and to be honest, I feel intimidated looking down an aisle full of different chemicals not knowing how to differentiate between them. I took a gamble on this one and it has worked well for me. It kills the ants, and seemingly does create a "barrier". the pump and sprayer are easy to use and work well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A waste of money I sprayed this on my porch I got more ants then I had the person

Rated 1 out of 5 by from WASTE OF MONEY Save your money it is not worth it. It will not kill any bugs, unless you spray so much you end up drowning the bug in bug spray. You are better off buying something that works.
