Does this product kill grasshoppers?

Asked by: steve
Yes, both as grasshoppers and as worms eating on your veggies!!!!!!! PLEASE REMEMBER, If you are spraying food plants or berries check the label on the back of the Triazicide bottle, for the warning about how long to wait before you eat food/crops from treated plants.

dilute before using with water sprayer?

I usually get the bottle with the sprayer already attached. Is this concetrate the same exact think, or will it make more that the 32 oz. bottle with built on sprayer? If it does make more, and I want to use in a used Trazide bottle with built on sprayer, what will be the dilution ration? If not to be diluted then I might as well keep buying the bottle with built on sprayer. thanks.

Does It Really Kill Ticks?

We have ticks in the yard and wooded area. No pets, just ticks. There are deer in the area. Maybe the ticks come from them??? It is a huge infestation of ticks. Small ones. Will this kill them???
Asked by: Gramx3
i put on old pants, socks and sneakers and spray the lower 12" with a 1:4 solution. i do this when in the woods so i don't get fleas and ticks. whether or not it'll kill them . . . if you spray directly the tick should die. but the trick is to prevent them from getting on you.

Triazicide 32 fl. oz.Concentrate Lawn Insect Killer is rated 3.9 out of 5 by 107.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from OK Product After failed effectiveness attempts at controlling sod webworms with another product, tried this one and basically same results. Though the manufacturers won't admit, the product today is not as good as it was a couple of years ago. Only had to use it once to kill off any grass insects. Not so with today's product. I'm certain they formulated it so you have to buy more product for continuous applications.

Definitely did not work on the lawn grubs. I applied several times and thought I was good. I dug up the dead patch of lawn in preparation for laying new sod and found dozens of grubs healthy and happily go tinting to feed on the roots of my grass. It seems to work on keeping the ants under control, but that's about it.

Economical in the spray concentrate. I used it with a Hose End sprayer. No need to mix. The sprayer had a measure scale on the side, so just pour and go. Because I was eliminating grubs in the lawn, I had to do a heavier application (wetter), to penetrate deep into the lawn. So buy extra if needed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Users pay attention This is an awesome product. It does everything it states and does it well. It is handling my boxelder bug problem as well as can be expected and all other pests are virtually non-existent as a result. BUT: BUYER BEWARE and make sure you read the active ingredient concentration before you buy. Spectracide has changed the concentration on this product. In years past it had an active ingredient content of .25%.......the active ingredient is now diluted down to .08%. So. if you find that it isn't working as well as it used to, you need to use 3 times as much to accomplish the same results. ALSO, some stores are selling this product at the OLD concentrated pricing, so read your labels well and don't overpay.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works well initially. Seems to work well initially, but doesn't last long until the ants and chinch bugs are back. Sometimes less than 2 weeks. Even increasing the potency doesn't seem to improve longevity.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It works I had ants all over my shrubs & flowers. Used other products that didn't work. Checked the next day after application of Spectracide, they were completely gone.
