Answer:
I would not recommend using this on St. Augustine grass. All it did was kill my all my grass where it was used. The weeds are still thriving.

Answer:
Hey john in pharr, tx.
Floratam can tolerate this herbicide (atrazine) only when temperatures are below 85 degrees. Read the lable as there are several rules and recommendations. Do not apply more than 1 time per year and best sprayed when grass is partially dormant and so on.

The label says do not use above 90 degrees. Can I use it late in the evening just before sundown, when the temp is around 85, 86, 87, even though the temp will be above 90 the next day?

Answer:
No, you should wait until daytime temperatures are a little cooler. If you spray this product in very hot weather, lawn damage is likely.

Answer:
This spray is just for use on the lawn. You shouldn't spray on garden areas at all because it can damage plants and shrubs. While there are no restrictions on seeding listed grasses, you shouldn't replant treated areas with anything else within 12 months of application.

Weed Stop 32 oz. Ready-to-Spray Concentrate for Lawns for St. Augustine and Centipede Lawns is rated 2.5 out of 5 by 27.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Product I have Dollar weed pretty heavy in backyard Miami fla. I put an application down expecting in 2 weeks they'd be gone. This did not happen. It took three applications once a week or a bit longer 10 days and now Iam seeing a nice decrease in this weed. Grasss is fine and dandy.dollar weed not so much. Its dwindling and still about 25% there. One or two more applications should be rid of it. The company wants to use the bare minimum weed killer here to avoid killing lawns. Makes sense and I'm happy about that. I used 1-32oz for 1000 sq feet over one month. 3 applications. Seems the poison works but slowly. Good results will buy again

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Its Okay This works great on st. augustine lawn. It killed dove weed, chamberbitter, and spurge weed. I am not sure about dandelions. One important thing about this product is the bottle/container it comes in. The liquid inside the container is completely gone after 5-10 minutes. This covers less than 1000 Sq. ft. The product claims to cover 3,720 sq. ft., but that is completely wrong. This weed killer works, but the design of the bottle is garbage b/c it dispenses too much at a time. If i bought this again, i would put the liquid in another RTS container.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Did the job! I had a much better experience (I wonder if they really had St. Augustine grass). This product worked so well that I had to put down plugs because the weeds were gone that had been filling in the grass gaps!! I had a major clover infestation and it killed all of it and left the grass. I will definitely use it again.
