Rated 4.2 out of 5 by 5 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by good purchase i purchased this for slicing fruits etc for fruit bouquets. Works very good; easy to set up and clean. April 27, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good basic slicer for the money Had been looking for a meat slicer for several years but waited for a "good deal". Finally, HD had this slicer on sale. Other comparable slicers were easily 2x as much. This model is not professional , but still a good value for home use. I have used it on several whole pork loins. Couple of Recommendations: 1. Be sure to refridge meats (or partially freeze) prior to slicing ....as your cutting experience will be much easier (less meat shreading). 2. Use a real oil spray on the slider and cutting blade prior to each use- for ease of cutting. 3. The size of the slices (0.0- ~0.5"), can be made adjustment knob, which can be done during the cutting process (fixes stock meat if it gets lopsided).. The blade does rotate slower than say a professional, but it does a good job, so far. Clean up is pretty easy, but I always use a couple of paper towels to finish the job with a little spray oil to coat the metal surfaces. No complaints for the value and ease of use. February 16, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by kitchen helper It is a great slicer for home use. Just the right size and it has good safety guards. January 20, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Does a good job. For an inexpensive meat slicer it does a good job. The only drawback is the plate that you push against to slice, it will move and at times allow the slices to vary, but overall it is a good slicer. January 19, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Works well for the price.. Motor It is a little weak. Meat from the fridge may slow the blade requiring you to slow the advancement to let it catch up. Built a little cheap (lots of plastic). Unit would not hold up for commercial use. It works well for the occasional home use. October 14, 2014
