Answer:
Our Strata sprayed it on in the fall on our three level stucco condo. The green was gone within a couple of weeks. Some deep stains turned black and by spring the building looked like it had just been painted. What a cost saver. I can see that patience is the key with this product and with yearly applications our paint should last for years.

Answer:
Patience/Patience/Patience - I was a skeptic at first, but product takes 2-3 months to work. I would use a 5:1 mix as recommended for first application. Used on concrete tile roof in southern Florida. Beats power washing roof every 9 months. So far, 11 months after application (Dec 2014), roof still looks clean. Will be re-applying after 12 months

Answer:
We live in very southern Florida and it took about 4-6 months to see full results. We were very happy with the results and will use it again in a couple weeks . The results lasted about 2 years. Should be done yearly ( southern Florida ) and the roof would stay new looking. Very easy , just spray and leave it. Do not use during "rainy season" as the product will just be washed away.

Answer:
I don't think you would want to spray directly on gardens. I would cover the plants and when you are done I would spray the plants thoroughly with plenty of water.

To be safe I would wet the garden with water before spraying and thoroughally wash the garden with water after spraying. We did this and our plants are just fine.

1-Gal. Concentrated No Rinse Eco-Friendly Roof and Exterior Surface Cleaner is rated 3.6 out of 5 by 102.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from No pressure washing for me! This is my 3rd season using the exterior surface cleaner on our concrete sidewalks and driveway. I apply the product with my garden sprayer and do not rinse. The first year's application removed the green algae in about 4 days. The cleaner took about 2 months to remove the black moldy stuff from the concrete. I apply every year now and only take minutes. While my neighbors work all day with a pressure washer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible product, waste of money Use vinegar and water it works much better. I did half of my roof with Spray & Forget and the other half with vinegar and water. The vinegar and water side worked fairly well in just a day. After 30 days the Spray & Forget side was still covered with moss so I did another application. Looks like I will need a third application, so I will just go back to the vinegar and water and get it done. This product is expensive and does not work well. My suggestion- use vinegar and water.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It works! I could not apply this with a sprayer so I used a large watering can to pour it on my patio covered with "cool deck". For those not familiar with cool deck, it is a dimpled type surface that stays cooler to the touch than stone or concrete. The depressions in the cool deck were dirty with what mostly appeared to be mold. It has taken a few weeks but I can definitely see a great improvement in the patio. I may need to reapply the product in some areas later this fall but so far I am amazed at the good result.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not for roofs This product will kill large green like algae on pavers but does not remove them, you can see them turn tan like. On the roofs with black algae (not the green growth, but the black streaks), 6 weeks later and nothing, in fact looks worse. Too bad, concept would have been good had it worked.

I am now at the ten day point after a high concentration (middle between recommended dosage and max dosage) application of this product. I have had some minor improvement, but have a long way to go before I get to what I would consider similar results to pressure washing. The weather conditions have been ideal, according to the directions. The directions sound like the product will continue to provide visual improvement for weeks to come. We'll see. I used two gallons of this product, which accounts for half of the cost of pressure washing, but doesn't get the house/driveway/sidewalks. My gut feeling is that I will end up pressure washing to roof. Oh well...It was worth a try.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This stuff works I sprayed this stuff on my synthetic wood deck and let the rain work it's magic and son a gun, it worked. Although not perfect, it killed or faded to virtually nothing almost all the mold on the deck within about 6 weeks. I reapplied it again after six months and my deck looks almost as good as new.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good product This product works better than promoted in my opinion. The major knock on it is the price, but it works and it is simple to use. I treated my roof last year and it still looks good. Going to treat it again soon. I treated my driveway a couple weeks ago because of a lot of green growth in the exposed aggregate. Within a few days it was all brown. Just waiting now for it to dry up enough to wash away in the rain. I used the heavier of the recommendation dilutions (1 part product to 5 parts water). I say give it a shot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for paver driveways I can't comment on roof use. My driveway is 1700+ SF of paver bricks that collect mold, dirt, etc. I used to have them pressure washed each year for several hundred dollars. Then I heard about Spray and Forget. I sprayed the whole driveway and the results are outstanding! The accumulated stuff went away. It takes time, however, it isn't instant. But over several weeks, the pavers cleared. I did use several coats on some trouble areas. The best thing is that the mold and other black stuff doesn't return! What a terrific product.
