Answer:
Our Strata sprayed it on in the fall on our three level stucco condo. The green was gone within a couple of weeks. Some deep stains turned black and by spring the building looked like it had just been painted. What a cost saver. I can see that patience is the key with this product and with yearly applications our paint should last for years.

Answer:
Patience/Patience/Patience - I was a skeptic at first, but product takes 2-3 months to work. I would use a 5:1 mix as recommended for first application. Used on concrete tile roof in southern Florida. Beats power washing roof every 9 months. So far, 11 months after application (Dec 2014), roof still looks clean. Will be re-applying after 12 months

Answer:
We live in very southern Florida and it took about 4-6 months to see full results. We were very happy with the results and will use it again in a couple weeks . The results lasted about 2 years. Should be done yearly ( southern Florida ) and the roof would stay new looking. Very easy , just spray and leave it. Do not use during "rainy season" as the product will just be washed away.

We saw results after only one month. Not all our mold is gone but it is disappearing more every week. May take up to 6 months to fully wok.

Answer:
I don't think you would want to spray directly on gardens. I would cover the plants and when you are done I would spray the plants thoroughly with plenty of water.

To be safe I would wet the garden with water before spraying and thoroughally wash the garden with water after spraying. We did this and our plants are just fine.

Rated 3.6 out of 5 by 90 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Killed Everything It Touched We normally use bleach to kill mildew on our roof line and gutters and also on the screen enclosure over the pool. This year we decided to try this product instead. My wife carefully followed the instructions, especially the recommendation to wet all vegetation down before using and then rinsing all plants afterward. Two days after applying this product, any plants and grass that came in contact with it had white spots, dropped their leaves or simply died. This product is the best herbicide I have ever used. I am hoping my plants will eventually come back and the new sod that was damaged will regrow, but my hopes are not high. Our Hawaiian plumeria tree managed to survive twenty years of Florida "cold" snaps, but was no match for this product and quickly shed all of its leaves. As to the mold: most of the black mold was quickly eliminated, but there is still green mold that has not yet been eliminated after two weeks. Bottom line: this may be fine if you have no plants around your house, and the warning regarding plant damage needs to be much more emphatic. It smells awful, too. So next time: good old cheap bleach. July 6, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easy to use...will update with results... I have a shed in the backyard and some tree limbs overhang its roof. There got to be a decent amount of moss on the shingles of the shed and I was looking for an easy way to kill and remove the moss. This product was easy to mix in a standard household sprayer and simple to apply. I used the 5 parts water to 1 part concentration mixture since, as you can see in the before pictures, I had a significant amount of moss to dispatch. The mixture wasn't much thicker than water and had no trouble reaching the peak of the roof of the shed using a one-gallon, $15 Roundup sprayer (which I highly recommend) while standing on a ladder to the side of the shed. I just applied Spray & Forget yesterday so can't comment on its effectiveness just yet. I'll update my review in a few weeks with some after pictures and to see if my rating needs to be changed. As far as the ease of use, it doesn't get much easier than this. June 16, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Fiberglass awning did not work Used on fiberglass awning that has some tree cover. Mechanically cleaned algae and lichen before applying this product at maximum concentration that is suggested. After about six weeks I see lichen returning. Product did not work for me ans was a waste of money. Maybe others will have better luck. August 30, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible product, waste of money Use vinegar and water it works much better. I did half of my roof with Spray & Forget and the other half with vinegar and water. The vinegar and water side worked fairly well in just a day. After 30 days the Spray & Forget side was still covered with moss so I did another application. Looks like I will need a third application, so I will just go back to the vinegar and water and get it done. This product is expensive and does not work well. My suggestion- use vinegar and water. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Spray and Forget This is the worst house-washing liquid that we have ever used. Nothing happened. The side of the house remained filthy. Never again! I wish I could get a refund, but it's too late. August 8, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by It works! I could not apply this with a sprayer so I used a large watering can to pour it on my patio covered with "cool deck". For those not familiar with cool deck, it is a dimpled type surface that stays cooler to the touch than stone or concrete. The depressions in the cool deck were dirty with what mostly appeared to be mold. It has taken a few weeks but I can definitely see a great improvement in the patio. I may need to reapply the product in some areas later this fall but so far I am amazed at the good result. August 9, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by No pressure washing for me! This is my 3rd season using the exterior surface cleaner on our concrete sidewalks and driveway. I apply the product with my garden sprayer and do not rinse. The first year's application removed the green algae in about 4 days. The cleaner took about 2 months to remove the black moldy stuff from the concrete. I apply every year now and only take minutes. While my neighbors work all day with a pressure washer. August 5, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Did an awesome job Easy to mix, easy to use. Sidewalks around the house and an exposed concrete patio were coated with a black moss. The surface became very slippery when wet. I applied this product according to direction and after several rains our sidewalks and patio are clear and clean. I also applied this to our house roof in late fall and after a snowy winter the roof is clear of all moss both green and black. Would recommend the use of this product. Only advise is be patient, after applying you must let Mother Nature do her thing. July 4, 2016
