Answer:
Our Strata sprayed it on in the fall on our three level stucco condo. The green was gone within a couple of weeks. Some deep stains turned black and by spring the building looked like it had just been painted. What a cost saver. I can see that patience is the key with this product and with yearly applications our paint should last for years.

Answer:
Patience/Patience/Patience - I was a skeptic at first, but product takes 2-3 months to work. I would use a 5:1 mix as recommended for first application. Used on concrete tile roof in southern Florida. Beats power washing roof every 9 months. So far, 11 months after application (Dec 2014), roof still looks clean. Will be re-applying after 12 months

Answer:
We live in very southern Florida and it took about 4-6 months to see full results. We were very happy with the results and will use it again in a couple weeks . The results lasted about 2 years. Should be done yearly ( southern Florida ) and the roof would stay new looking. Very easy , just spray and leave it. Do not use during "rainy season" as the product will just be washed away.

I don't think you would want to spray directly on gardens. I would cover the plants and when you are done I would spray the plants thoroughly with plenty of water.

To be safe I would wet the garden with water before spraying and thoroughally wash the garden with water after spraying. We did this and our plants are just fine.

Hi Roofer,

Here are some excerpts from the application manual from Spray & Forget:
You can NOT use the injector on your pressure washer to apply Spray & Forget as it is meant for applying detergents only and will not get the right mix ratio.
For most shingles, you can rinse with a pressure washer but make sure that you use 500 PSI or less to
prevent damaging the shingles and consult with us first if you are not sure if it is safe for your type of shingle. DO
NOT USE HIGH PRESSURE ON YOUR ROOF!

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 3.6 out of 5 by 76 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by No More Green On White Fences! Of all the mold removal products around this concentrate is so superior it seems to work as if by magic. It is super easy to apply the water/concentrate mix with a hand pump sprayer (I do not recommend using the water hose attachment - too much pressure and volume wastes material) - no rubbing or other action needed, and in a couple of days all the green and black mold on the poly fences has disappeared. Second great feature is it doesn't hurt your lawn or plants. I apply it twice a year for good, clean - looking outdoor surfaces; and my first jug lasted three years. Third great aspect is no rubbing it in or washing it off - mold control just doesn't get easier! May 17, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Absolutely useless product I read several reviews of the product before buying it and drove, roundtrip about 70 miles to pick it up in the Danville store. Read the instructions and mixed the product for the strongest results. Used a garden sprayer and covered it very heavy. Left it on from August 2015 until May 2016 and it did absolutely "nothing". We ended up using TSP, clorox, and water combined in a garden sprayer. Then used a stiff brush with a floor sweeper handle to scrub it off. Did more in one day than this stuff did in over 6 months. Would not buy anything else from this company. May 10, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Seems to do the job After we wash our composite deck we spray on Spray & Forget. It keeps the black molds spots away for the season. Every spring we start the process all over again. May 10, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Spray & Forget It may take some time to work, but it is quite effective. May 10, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Didn't work as stated It killed the algae on my siding, but it did not disappear after 3 days like stated. It only turned black. I still had to pressure wash house, exactly what I was trying not to do. April 29, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Spray and Forget Did not work on my vinyl shed, had to pressure wash it anyway April 19, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not for roofs This product will kill large green like algae on pavers but does not remove them, you can see them turn tan like. On the roofs with black algae (not the green growth, but the black streaks), 6 weeks later and nothing, in fact looks worse. Too bad, concept would have been good had it worked. April 11, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by This stuff works I sprayed this stuff on my synthetic wood deck and let the rain work it's magic and son a gun, it worked. Although not perfect, it killed or faded to virtually nothing almost all the mold on the deck within about 6 weeks. I reapplied it again after six months and my deck looks almost as good as new.
