Had around 1800 feet of vinyl fence that was green, used a 25 gal atv sprayer to apply. Ended up using all 5 gal of product mixed at a rate of around 8 gal water to 1 gal concentrate. The green was gone in about an hour, it did burn the grass below the fence but appears to be coming back after 3 weeks. The instructions say to wet vegetation before and after application but was going to be to hard to accomplish on this amount of fence.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Deacons5 No More Mildew!
First we ordered the one gallon. Tried it and it worked on the metal barn, PVC dog house, and brick. Next we ordered the 5 gallon, since it is more economical and it shipped free to Home Depot store. It worked great on our roof. Then my next 5 gallon I had shipped free to our house, and we did our roof, PVC fence, and we have some left over. We ordered the foam sprayer from the distributor. This stuff works. No more bleach and scrubbing every year. So far, the green mildew has not returned. We began our tests last year.

I purchased the spray and forget to clean my 10 year roof, the product was easy to use and mix. I applied the product with my pump sprayer I pull behind my mower to kill weeds. I have a12, 12 pitch roof so I sprayed the roof from my ladder at the gutter edge, I was no able to get the top two rows of my shingles,
The only problem with that is the spray and forget changed the color fo the shingles so you can tell where
I didn't spray, the shingles look darker or wet, maybe this will change over time.
We need time to see if the product works or not.
I was able to purchase this product through Home Depot online and shiped to my house cheper than direct from the manufacturer, great deal. Thanks Home Depot , Spray and Forget......get back with me in the spring to see the out come. Jim

It works, but you have to wait a few months to see its full effect. I live in central Florida in a house with a fairly porous white tile roof that attracts algae and all nature of other stains. I bought a gallon of this stuff to use on pool deck and fence walls. I was a little concerned about using it on the roof. I thought it might stain, and might not work. So, I did a test on a swath of roof. Over 4 moths, it was plain that Spray & Forget works. My roof has a gleaming white swath in the middle of rest with its growing algae stain. I am about to buy a 5 gal drum to hit the rest of the roof. Oh, it also worked on pool deck and walls.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by BCHNaples It works and takes about 25% of the time as pressure washing
It works and takes about 25% of the time as pressure washing. It does take 3-6 months for the product to work, but it is noticeably cleaner after even 1 month. I used it on a tile roof that had not been pressure washed in over 10 years, and the roof was about 75% better after 3 months. It obviously works much better on roofs that are not as bad. It saved me a lot of time as it was taking me up to 2 days to pressure wash a large roof, and I was able to use the Spray and Forget on the same 5000+ sf roof in about 4 hours. When you factor in the cost of labor/hr and gas for a pressure washer, it is a very good value. You just have to be willing to wait a few months to get the look you want.
