I used this in a house I remodeled to sell. I went from a single sink to a double sink It looks great. Very happy with it.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by thebighash Nice double vanity
This is a nice double vanity. Quality is good in general, specially the drawers and cabinets that are made from good quality wood. Opening and closing is smooth and easy. The sides and back are made of cheaper materials which is a little disappointing. Packing was excellent and all pieces were intact. Installation is pretty straightforward for a professional, and doable by the average DIYer.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by trogo Looks Very Nice But Has Lots of Particle Board
I need to upgrade my master bathroom and decided on the Valencia 61 inch Vanity in Chestnut with Black Top. The unit arrived in perfect condition, with double boxing and lots of packing materials. I really like the smooth sliding drawers and the appearance of the vanity. Further discussion of quality and construction are provided below.
The doors and trim materials are solid wood. The recessed panels and arched bottom provides a very elegant look. The drawer slides and door hinges work very smoothly and are accented with brushed nickel hardware. The vanity top is a ¾ inch plastic material with a glossy black finish, and includes two white under-mount oval shaped bowls that provides a nice color contrast. The bowls are predrilled for 8 inch widespread faucets.
The main down side to this vanity is the high percentage of particle board construction; including the sides, back, bottom and drawers (except front panels). For the retail cost of this vanity, I would have liked to see more solid wood. The plastic top looks very nice, but is nowhere close in quality to marble or granite. If you can overlook the particle board construction, the Valencia 61 inch Vanity will make a nice addition to your bathroom.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Youcandobetter Cheaply made!
We returned this vanity without even completely unpacking it. The delivery may have had something to do with the condition it arrived in, but it was literally falling apart in the box. The corners and back were stapled together with small staples into particle board, which was cracked, broken off, and chipped. The delivery (it was given to us upside down) can't be blamed for small staples, can it? While we had the option to return it to our local store, it was heavy and huge and difficult to lift into our truck. I don't know how you would return it if you didn't own a truck. Take a pass on this one...

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by IronAvatar Looks great, but build quality could be better
This vanity looks great, but it is just laminated flakeboard so it damages easily. Make sure you have at least two people to move it, or you will be gluing pieces back together. The drawers are nicely sized, and move smoothly. The vanity top is well polished and looks durable. Overall, I would recommend this vanity, just keep in mind the cabinet is not as durable as solid hardwood.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Faisal Stylish appearance, we love it
The vanity was delivered with no scratches or cracks in sight with lots of packaging. We got it for our master bathroom remodeling.
Vanity of this size and weight is not meant to be moved around that much so I am not taking any chances until the bathroom is ready for it and only then I will move it in for install. It weighs 223 lbs. To move it, I will recommend a team of 4 instead of 2.
The color of this vanity is gorgeous and polish/finish is neat. Overall appearance is very elegant and we love the pillar molding on each end of the front which adds roman touch to it.
Talking about the top, it is cast polymer which is stronger and less brittle than quarried marble. This material is mildew & stain resistant and can be cleaned easily with non-abrasive cleaning agent. All sounds good to my ears without spending mad money on Granite.
Three drawers and two cabinets offer ample storage for our bathroom supplies and accessories. With His & Her basin and cabinets, it brings great convenience and we just can’t wait to see the contemporary elegance it will add to our bathroom.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by headhunter Poorly constructed..Falling apart in the box..
I haven't installed this yet. Going to have to take it a part and put it back together first..After cutting away the box I noticed the staples in the backing had all popped out and the backing was loose in the box. They used pocket holes to put this together, but the screws that were in the pocket holes were not the size that should have been used. They look like fine drywall screws and not course wood screws. Also the sides were put together using dowels, unfortunately the pieces were not glued, ( the sides were pulled away from the dowels ) so the cabinet kinda rocks being the sides are not stable. And it is made mostly of flake-board or particle board whichever term you like, and my side pieces looked like they may have gotten damp, because they are split. I haven't decided if I want to install this or just throw on a piece of plywood and use it as a make shift workbench for the garage..Before install I would definitely remake the damaged pieces from hardwood and replace them first. I, like other reviewers, would of expected more hardwood for the price..Definitely no quality control.

I think its a great value for the price we paid compared to other similar priced vanities. Happy with the purchase.
